girl, I love your version of “what I eat in a day” i’m tired of seeing avocado toast, acai bowls, green smoothies, vegan this, vegan that. tbh, a lot of that food is NASTY! i mean don’t get me wrong you should definitely have more well balanced meals(as should I) but it’s ok to eat a burger or have ice cream. i love you for being real and honest and not trying to portray a certain “aesthetic”❤️❤️❤️

My favorite breakfast is 2 hard boiled eggs and a packet pf Sardines. This helps me to maintain my 100pd weight size. I usually feel full after eating this and I dont do too much other eating throughout the day.
