What I Eat In A Day: Realistic Full Day Of Eating + Healthy Simple Recipes// *2,600 CALORIES*

In today's video I show you all a realistic what I eat in a day video! A lot of people see me eat large quantities of food on RU-vid and see that as my everyday reality. BUT, the reality is I follow a strict diet 6 of the 7 days in a week.
This full day of eating consists of 2,600 calories including protein ice cream, healthy fried chicken and waffles, donuts (obviously) and an amazing Italian breakfast bake!
Along with the food I take you all behind the scenes of some of my projects and of course get a solid workout in!

Italian Baked. Eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 a chili pepper
- Big handful spinach
- 500g San Marzano canned whole tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 20-30g Parmesan Herb seasoning (optional)
- Eggs
- 30g Part skim mozzarella cheese
- Any fresh herbs of choice! I used parsley and basil.
1.) Cook all veggies down before adding your canned tomatoes. Feel free to use whatever veggies you have on hand here.
2.) Once tomatoes are in with veggies, season with salt, pepper and parmesan herb seasoning.
3.) Crack eggs on top
4.) Sprinkle your cheese on top of eggs
5.) Bake @350 for 10-15 minutes!
6.) Top with your fresh herbs and enjoy
Healthy Fried Chicken & Waffles
Chicken
- Marinate your chicken breast in buttermilk over night or first thing when you get up in the morning.
- 1 Cup Corn flakes
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1.) Blend all ingredients in a blender
2.) Evenly coat all pieces of chicken
3.) IF cooking with an air fryer cook chicken for 15 minutes (flipping halfway). Depending on your air fryer you may need more time.
Waffles
- 200g Shredded sweet potato
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1.5 tbs coconut flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
1.) Mix all ingredients together and place in waffle iron.
Mustard Syrup sauce
- 1/4 cup Walden farms syrup
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken stock
- 1tbs Apple cider vinegar
- 1tbs Grainy or dijon mustard
- 1tsp Fresh of dry thyme
- 1/8tsp garlic powder
1.) Let all ingredients combine in sauce pan and simmer on medium low heat.

I didn't expect you to be such a wuss with raw eggs Will, you need to change that mindset. I challenge you to do a day of eating things you normally wouldn't. Try TKG (Tamago-Kake Gohan) Japanese Rice with a raw egg yolk on top

Hey Will, unless, coincidentally, the breakfast and dinner have the exact same macros, I think you may have put the breakfast macros up for the dinner macros on accident. Both 460cal 31p 28c 25f.

Probably an editing mistake. He did mention that the dinner meal was like 60% of his calorie intake for the day so that should be like 1.5k+. The chicken alone is like 500-600 calories.

Will, I love when you include recipes in your videos. I tried the chicken and waffles and it was really good! I have been on a weight loss journey for the past 15 months (I've lost 94 pounds so far) and currently have a steady rotation of healthy recipes, but I love trying and adding new ones for some variety. Finding healthy recipes like this that I truly enjoy helps me SO much with staying on track. Thanks so much for posting, and I would love to see a cooking segment in each video!

I understand what you're saying in regards to doing the same exercises every rotation can get a bit repetitive, having the flexibility with like one of your isolation exercises each rotation can keep things fun!

Hey Will love your channel! The humor and light hearted approach to health/fitness is a great example to enjoy life WHILE enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Quick question: on a typical day of eating, do you consume more calories based on how many calories you burn in your workout? For example, I have a baseline burn of 2,600 calories/day so I have been eating at 2,000 calories/day for a 600 calorie deficit in order to cut some excess fat. When I workout, I typically burn an upwards of 700-1,000 additional calories (3,000-3,500/day). How do you approach that additional calorie deficit factored in from a workout burn? I’ve been trying to figure out if I should eat those additional 700+ “earned/bonus” calories from working out, but I worry that’s excessive and I should just stick to the 2,000 calories per day full stop regardless of exercise. I’d love to hear your thoughts on it and really appreciate the great info and insight you have given me through your videos so far on my new health and fitness focused lifestyle. Just a few months in and already seeing great results and feeling better in every way. Hope you and your family are well! Matt

I ate a boston cream donut 5 days a week when i was in my weight loss journey, the walk to tims was 3000 steps and then the walk home. I burned more to get it than it was worth to eat it. I lost 110lbs that year and all my friends who cut out whole food groups gained all the weight back mine stayed off because i learned moderation rather than abstinence. I love your channel

as a trainer myself what I love about what you do is you do not promote stupid low carb..fasting... keto fads....I notice you always get in 2to 300 grams carbs a day...the leanest people in the world eat alot and take in a lot of carbs....great stuff Canada!!

I say yes for the cooking segment. I would also suggest lentils, I love making curries with them. Green lentils, turkey breast, coconut milk, spices - it's a major winner. High in protein and just a great hardy dish.

Thank you for posting recioes without fancy ingredients like protein powder,a lot of egg whites,sweeteners or expensive stuff! This shows you can eat healthy even without a huge budget! Thanks will,very excited to see the new workout split,ever since I followed the last ine you posted my gains have increased!

Hey Will, I love the very informative content you put out helps stay motivated and entertained at the same time lol. You should do a 24-72 hour fasting- No food video! I aim to be lean with good amount of muscle mass. Currently 198lbs. Looking to drop about 20 - 25lbs. Thanks brotha much love from Texas 🔥
