What I Eat In A Day To Feel CONFIDENT In A BIKINI👙 

Every body is a bikini body 🙂

(I wrote this comment this morning and she yet again deleted it but I will continue posting it as I have freedom of speech. I get deleting hate comments but in no way am i spreading hate so there is no need to continue deleting my comments.) For everyone wondering what the original title was it was 'what I eat to get my bikini body'. I as well as many others constructively pointed out that this was an inappropriate title and I even suggested changing the title to 'what I eat to feel confident in a bikini'/ 'healthy what I eat in a day' as 'bikini body' is a superficial term which is not inclusive of all body types. This is a highly damaging concept, particularly for younger viewers who are very impressionable and already have so much pressure to live up to certain beauty standards. Glad she has now changed it but it was completely unnecessary and disappointing that she deleted mine and others' comments like that...kinda put me off watching her now. Rather than covering yourself by deleting comments, you should be more cautious of the terms you use in the future as they can have a very damaging impact on people.

A bikini body, sooo just a body with a bikini on?

Any shape or body can be a bikini body

Just remember that you CAN wear a bikini, no matter how your body looks, and you CAN feel confident as well. Love yourself!

Every body is a bikini body, the way to feel confident in one is to help change the stigma and help every woman accept themselves as they are so they feel confident!

This is really not true to what she eats. All the meals were really carby, her other what I eat in a day videos had hardly any food.

You should try Natvia natural sweetener (you can buy from Tesco) it tastes really similar to actual sugar and isn’t artificial x
