FYI, for anyone reading this, in my super I found Everything but the “Salt” bagel seasoning, I believe it’s from the brand Mrs. Dash! It’s a good way to have the seasoning we all love but also reduce your salt intake for less bloating.

Gamechanger is Trader Joe's teeny tiny avocados because they ripen up much quicker and the whole one is usually equivalent to about half of a regular sized avocado!

To recomp your body means to build muscle while simultaneously lose fat at the same time, which is a longer process but still very possible HOWEVER, in order to build or maintain any muscles you are required to consume .8gram to 1gram of protein per pound DAILY. Otherwise youre just going to lose muscle and fat if you’re eating in a caloric deficit. So for example if you weigh 130 pounds you would want to consume 130grams of protein per day. Good luck on your journey and I love these videos!

Freeze your meatballs you don’t think you’ll use in the next few days! I live alone too so when I make big batches of stuff I will freeze half of it for later. It’s a win win bc you don’t waste and you have some easy prepped meals for later

This isn’t shade but 33lbs isn’t really natural or normal for most people. Most people lose .5-1lbs a week maybe at max 2lbs a week. I just think using numbers like this can be triggering for people or get them discouraged. Again no shade, I love the videos. I’d just think in the bigger picture these clickbait titles can do more harm than good

Yeah I just don’t see how this is sustainable. It’s definitely not balanced if this is what you’re eating daily. High in carbs but really little protein. I don’t think this is realistic for most people trying to lose weight

She commented in her previous vlog that despite weight loss she is not 100 percent happy with her body because she wants more toned look. Which translates to needing more muscle. It’s probably due to the lack of protein in the diet

I know this video is from a while back. But a smaller instant pot for your rice is a game changer. We usually only eat jasmine or jasmine brown rice and it’s equal parts rice to water on manual for 6 minutes. Rice is no longer the first thing we have to make sure is done 😂

They aren't as good as people say they are. They are right, it is an interesting texture, chewy. Like a 3 musketeer but more chewy and flavorful. They are good but I do enjoy a more crunchy protein bar. But it's good because it is chocolate and sweet. You might just have try them but I won't buy them again.
