@@AtHomeWithChelle I lost 2lb in my first week but have been poorly with tonsillitis. So not been eating enough. I’ll get back on it properly on Monday!

I like the tesco sunflower oil also, but the spray dispenser is awful!! I kept an empty frylight bottle, washed it out and decanted the tesco oil into it

Thank you. I've lost just over a stone in total. I lost the majority of it in the first month and have pretty much maintained since :)

I'm joining slimming world again 19th may , starting all again I going watch any you eat in a day see what food you make I like your fake always , I did lose 4 stone but starting again lol .well hopefully I can get bk into it lol😁😁, I would like to see more what you eat in a day, hope you don't mind I'm going follow you on your jounery
