Yes to more what I eat in a days! You inspired me to join WW again! I lost 25 pounds last year and then fell off and have gained a few back since the holidays and I have a wedding in September so your videos have been super motivational for me! No more excuses! I’m on the blue plan as well so I love the ideas!

I bought the cottage cheese, the smart muffins, built bars, and low carb pasta because of you! I’m not good with ideas so your videos help a lot. I’m on WW since late July and trying hard. Need to lose about 20-30 more and been slow the past few months but will never give up! I love WW. I gained tons on keto prior to WW and regret it.

I’m so glad you’ve gotten so many ideas that work for you! Yeah I’m not a fan of keto for me, I gained weight on it. Truth is, Keto can work for you IF you stay in a calorie deficit! Since eating less calories is important, I’d rather eat carbs in those calories Bc once I restrict food groups I know I can’t maintain that lifestyle... hence why most people you see lose quickly and then can’t maintain the weight off once they start eating normal again and they cycle in and out of doing keto Bc it’s difficult to maintain. Then there are those that make it their lifestyle and love it and i think that’s great Bc they KNOW they can maintain it Bc it’s a lifestyle! It’s all about being in a calorie deficit though and I just prefer WW Bc I don’t feel like anything is off limits!

I really like your ideas that turn into yuminess!! I'm not a spaghetti squash person, so I would just put mine on top of green beans or mixed veggies. Loved your blt and wrap too, and fruit!!

Love this video!!! I had a 3 point breakfast because I wanted some grits which cost me 3 points but I have to get these one point wraps! Wow! The built bar looks great too!

The coconut almond built bar is 4 pts. Any that have the higher calories like the peanut butter is also 4 pts. They are delicious and so worth it!

Built Bar is delicious. They have changed to points on some, especially the peanut butter one went up to 5 points. 😞 Your sandwich looked yummy.

Hi Laura I have been watching you for years and I have been inspired by your weight loss journey. So, I decided in the first week of January to start WW. I was slow but steady at losing weight. I lost 13 pounds. But then 4 1/2 weeks ago I decided to incorporate more than walking into my program. I started 10 Rounds from Beachbody. I’m loving it, but I haven’t lost a pound since. Any help or ideas on how to kickstart the weight loss again would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just remain patient! Sometimes it takes awhile for you to see a plant from a seed planted but that doesn’t mean that it’s not developing roots below! Soon you will see results. Stay consistent

I made a mistake on my latest order for Built bars. I ordered lemon, key lime and strawberry. I love the orange so I thought I would like these. No, I don’t like any of them. I will eat them because they cost so much but I should have done them in an assortment box.

Yeah those are my least favorite flavors. I recommend the coconut almond, coconut, mint brownie Delite, caramel brownie, German chocolate cake, peanut butter, peanut butter brownie.

Thanks, I will try those for sure. I’m glad I didn’t start with these fruit flavors because I would never have ordered again. I started with the caramel chocolate and it’s delicious. I also like the orange cream but not these others. You have done so well with your weight loss. I’m always surprised by the foods you can have with WW that are zero points. I can see how the bars help.

I can't believe that people like the Built bars. To me they are terrible. I was so looking forward to getting them. Is it just me, or do others find them disgusting ?

I haven’t heard many people who don’t like them, but there are certainly people who I bet share your same feelings. I’m sorry they didn’t work for you! I’ve eaten one every day for 3 years and I love them! I’m so glad I found them, but like all things, what works for some might not for all.

@mrslolalynn - can you give an honest comparison between blue and green? I’m struggling hard to stick to one or the other. They both have pros and cons but I’m still finding it difficult. Thank you got your videos.

My honest opinion is both work if you work it. Depending on my mindset at the time is how I go between plans. When I want to have freedom in my zero point foods I stick with Blue, when I want to feel like I’m getting more points and not eating as many zero point foods I switch to green. Both plans will work to help you lose weight it just has to be your mindset and life during that time as a determine factor for which will work for you!
