the "pause" is such great advice, i totally understand where you're coming from! i have always struggled the same with being a huge people pleaser and that doesn't serve you! it's so nice having little tips like that to help.. sometimes we need to remember it's okay to prioritize what we want too 💗 and that doesn't make us bad people or annoying!

Could you possibly do a video on getting back on track fitness wise cuz a lot of the times ppl overeat if they are on a vacation/going out with friends so it would be nice to know how to get back in routine..ly always:)
Travelling and eating healthy is always a struggle but nowadays restaurants have more healthy options and of course snacks from home are a good option! I don't agree however with the dairy part, dairy is horrible for your health, the environment and the animals so even if you are not intolerant please avoid it❤
I wish you could share the name of your naturopathic doctor cause I am from LA and had mix events following gluten ingestion. And I am Italian. So it was a life changing thing from me from over a decade even if I am not intolerant gluten was spiking my cortisol and prolactin like crazy
