What I eat in a day with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)💚 In this video I’ll show you some of my favorite healthy gluten-free meals😍
Blueberry Protein Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries (120 ml)
1/2 cup lactose-free unsweetened yogurt (120 ml)
1/2 cup lactose-free milk (I used almond milk) (120 ml)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Pesto Eggs:
2 tablespoons pesto
2-3 eggs
Pinch of salt
lactose-free crumbled feta, to taste
1-2 slices of (gluten-free) bread
1. Spread some pesto on a pan
2. Add the eggs
3. Cook on medium heat until egg whites are set
4. Serve with some bread, for example
Healthy Banana Split:
1 banana
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
5 strawberries sliced
handful of nuts of choice (I used hazelnuts)
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 piece of 80% dark chocolate, melted
1. Cut the banana in half (lengthwise) and put it on a plate
2. Add the yogurt and all the toppings
Homemade Chicken Nuggets
350 g / 12 oz. chicken breasts, cut into pieces
step 1:
1/4 cup gluten-free flour (60 ml)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon pepper
step 2:
1 egg
step 3:
1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (120 ml)
(No need to use GLUTEN-FREE flour/breadcrumbs,
if you aren't coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer)
Bake at 200 Celsius degrees (400 in Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes (you can flip them aroud halfway if you like)
Serve with homemade potato wedges and a side salad, for example!
