Hello my Friends! Finally 2020 is here and I'm so excited for this new year, I took a couple of weeks of social media to spend time with my family in Italy and It was so beautiful! Your daughter is just beautiful.....as you are as well! Interesting how I really do eat many of the same foods as you do. I like yogurt and toast for breakfast with coffee or tea...but you have reminded me that chamomile tea is good for relaxing. I need to eat more fruit though......most of what i have usually is a banana in a smoothie.....then sliced apple on top of rice cake with peanut butter. I love greens.....kale, spinach, baby lettuces. Lots of broccoli.....okra...and cabbage. I think I will start making a quiche.....lots of left overs for a single gal like me. What kind of bread do you like? And do you ever bake bread? I LOVE bread....but have to be careful or I will get fat! lol Love you channel. Glad it landed in my new video list. Take care......

How cute… (not to be rude BUT I’m surprised that she ate the pasta… ITS HBlooking real dry lbvs…baby’s are very picky… but why give her plain pasta rather than the actual meal you made.. yours look good
