If Sakara is supposed to be so organic, why do they package everything in plastic 🙄🙄🙄

I understand that influencers need to do Ads for revenue but it would be great if you can put “AD” or “PAID PARTNERSHIP” in your RU-vid title/thumbnail. Also it’s frustrating how much content the Ad took up in this video vs your actual vlog content.

I though that this video was going to be like "spend a day with me" but it was just a huge add 😐

I was looking forward to seeing a genuine after holiday reset but found this was just one giant ad unfortunately. Couldn't connect with this content like your others!

Obnoxiously expensive meal delivery service… most people can’t afford that kind of service…

Every time I hear someone without certification as a nutritionist, or knowledge of biochemistry or metabolic functioning of the body use terms like "super food" or "nutrition reset", I lose all interest in continuing to watch the video....This video has nothing to do with nutrition, but is simply a SAKARA commercial.

I just absolutely need more of these from you 🥺 had no motivation lately to cook until I saw it

Excited to hear more about your swimwear! I actually spent a ton of time trying to find activewear and swimwear that looked like it was part of the same vibe and had a hard time locating anything cute.

I LOVE Helen… but I do worry that young girls will see this and think a) they need to do fancy, overpriced meal delivery services like this or b) that they need to essentially starve themselves by only eat a tiny muffin for breakfast and leaves the rest of the day in order to be “skinny,” liked, and an influencer. :(

Ok so let me start by saying, I absolutely loved this. The relaxed vibe was beautiful. Your someone I can really relate too and I really appreciated how real you were. Taking 27 minutes out of my day to watch a video is a lot as like you I run a business and appreciate how demanding life is (and totally overwhelming when there is always something to do but only self employed people can understand). As for the ads, not a problem for me, you clearly put some massive effort into this and I have a vegan meal plan in the uk called All Plants and I absolutely adore it and wish I could try Sakara! Yes it’s a privilege but we work for it. I would love another video like this ❤️

Loved this vlog style! It's nice to see behind the scenes and the dirty pile of clothes! For me - it's my dresser that my boyfriend and I pile clothes on! lol. I enjoyed seeing all the tasty meals, it's inspired me for my food prep this week- I never thought of prepping a healthy pho! Excited for your bathing suit drop soon! Ps. Ignore the haters who were annoyed by the ad. This video was a little Sakara heavy, but normally I find your content fairly balanced when you do partnerships. Also highly recommend a binder before the sauna that way it mops up any of the toxins circulating. Loved the idea of this video
