i love how simple but healthy and yummy these meals are. i know so many youtubers cook these complicated meals and then i just feel overwhelmed and end up ordering food or eating the same thing like avo toast

just a little piece of advice for your quinoa: once drained, put it back into the pan with olive oil, salt, lots of pepper, soy sauce or Tamari, lemon juice and nutritional yeast! it hits the spot I promise :)

I really love your attitude towards a balanced lifestyle! I am always so scared to eat stuff like burgers because I am admiring you and your looks so much and it honestly is so nice and refreshing to see you enjoying life and eating whatever you want. That shows me that I don’t have to punish myself for eating “unhealthy” from time to time and that this pressure is just not necessary. Thank you for that! And if you ever read this; I LOVE your igtv workouts, no other account does it for me the way you pump me up and push me past my limits!

I came here after watching Abbey Sharpe's video. I have struggled in the past with food, and I love the tips you gave and your openness about why you eat the way you do. I have delt with eating to heal acne, and over restriction but this seems like a very balanced channel. I'm subscribing

Hey Sami! The simple kneads gf sourdough bread is my absolute fav! It has a great nutritional profile and makes awesome avocado toast. They also have a Quinoa Powergrains bread which is also super good if sourdough is not your style.

I totally agree with quinoa !! I mix brown rice and quinoa together and it tastes much better and you are getting the nutrients from both !

I like to cook my quinoa in chicken stock or bone broth instead of water. it gives it lots of flavor! I also throw some of the Umami seasoning from trader joe's in and it's soo delicious !

To flavor quinoa so it’s not so bland, add in some TJ Chile Lime seasoning for that yummy Mexican flavor. You can also add many different spices to boost that flavor: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, TJ’s Umami, garam masala ( Indian flavor)...

How to cooke Quinoa: chop some onion in little cubes (or grate, or get chopped dry onion seasoning), cop garlic and bell pepper. Put some avocado or coconut oil in pot, once warn sauté onion, garlic and peppers for about 3 min and then add broth! Make it indulgent? add some broccoli and cheese and stick in. oven!

Toast your quinoa before you cook it!!! All you have to do is toast it in the pan you’re cooking it in before you add the liquid. Makes a big difference for the flavor - also add salt (duh) and garlic powder.

Add fresh lemon juice, chopped herbs like cilantro or parsley to the quinoa. Also never make with water- always make with chicken or veggie broth!

Prefer couscous over quinoa! 😊 occasionally I add lemon zest, garlic and lemon juice to my couscous!

this is a random question but when you work your upper body, how many pounds of dumbbells do you use? i only work my upper body with weights 1x a week for only 30 mins and i use 12-18 pounds in each hand. but for some reason, my upper body became bulky and i look like a man now. and my best friend made a comment that i’m too muscular. i wanted to get even stronger in my upper body but i don’t want to look even more bulky so i honestly don’t know what to do lol. maybe i look bulky because i’m more petite since i’m only 5’3 but i have no idea
