I buy cucumbers by the case from a farm near my apartment. I buy the so much that they remember me now and when I come in their store, they be like a box of cucumbers right? LOL I also get Okra, tomatoes, peaches, strawberries from them if I cant make it to the big farmers market. I enjoy these videos and especially when you visit the farmers market.
Dates are huge for menstrual and 20-30days before giving birth to reduce or eliminate labour pains all together. 😉 love all the food choices in your food vlogs. ❤🫶🏽

For remembering to take supplements and any medication, it’s helpful to use a weekly pill box. You can fill it at the beginning of the week and just leave it out where you will see it. All the food looks divine, definitely getting inspo for mealprepping this weekend. Thanks tish~

Crazy thing is you look even younger now I mean you was always radiant but I didn't realize it was you your meals are so extremely still healthy that's what I love about your food and your channel❤
I too take breakfast very seriously. I wake up ravenous- I have a big breakfast, then lunch is usually a salad or some type of fish & dinner is a suggestion 😬 if I do make dinner I usually only eat 1/3 of what I made. Usually heavy on veggies. But breakfast I cannot skip- never.
Soaking is key, also could be the variety you’re buying. The smaller seeds are much more bitter. Will talk about how to cook in next vid similar to this
