Mini goats cheese and spinach frittata:
150g goats cheese
60g spinach
150g cherry tomatoes
20g fresh parsley
1 small red onion
5g chives optional
1.5 tbsp. EVOO
12 eggs
Salt & pepper
Chickpea & kale salad:
100g kale
300g cooked chickpeas
Hemp tahini raunch:
4 tbsp. hemp seeds
30g runny light tahini
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne
25g fresh parsley
5g fresh dill
6 tbsp. water
40ml EVOO
salt
Honey miso salmon:
4 x 110g salmon fillets
2 tbsp EVOO
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. miso
1/2 tsp. honey
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
1 lemon (juice)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Lentil & beef chilli:
400g ground/mince beef
200g puy or beluga lentils
600g tinned tomatoes
2 tsp smokey tomato paste or regular
1 white onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. fresh chilli
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. Cayenne powder
1 carrot
1 pepper (any colour or mix)
1-2 bay leaves
300ml stock or broth
Salt & pepper
Coconut quinoa:
250g quinoa (soaked 4 hours)
60ml water
60ml coconut milk
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. turmeric
Salt & pepper
Tenderstem:
400g Tenderstem
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sesame seeds
EVOO
Salt

i want to try the chili. very differnt than what i would think of as a chilli, but it looks good! i made the miso roasted cauliflower from a previous video like 4 times! yum

Chickpea flour is a great egg alternative. Just thin out the flour with water and add black salt with your other seasonings of choice! Love your videos x

Love the recipes! ❤. I am not of the meal prep. Cookimg your meals doesn’t take a lot of time and I enjoy doing that at the end of the afternoon. Must say that I always cook a little too much so that I can have the leftovers for lunch ( so maybe a sort of meal prep ??😂). Thanks for the inspiration!

Egg is egg and nothing can replace that taste and texture but… i tried silken tofu scrambled eggs with Kala Namak spice-aka black salt , garlic powder, onion powder. And turmeric powder Mix tofu with spice mix in food processor and heat some oil in skillet on low medium heat and use spatula to gently stir and voila. I add sautéed veggies on top❤

Here we go again, more great food dish 'WONDERS.' I agree about prepping food for work ahead of time, makes it so easy to just grab n' go. I'm definitely making the first dish because, I have everything in the fridge, except the goat cheese which I luv, but I'll stub it out with fried potatoes. For egg substitute you can use Just Egg (easy option), you can blend some tofu, or use chickpea flour. 4:42

I definitely appreciate anything you put out especially your cinematography top quality so beautiful sometimes I freeze the pictures just so I can see the food like a screen saver (lol I know weird) but, your filming quality is top notch.
