Grocery List:
Cherries
Broccoli sprouts
Olive oil
Vegan butter
Garlic paste
Tomato paste
Brami beans
Oat milk
Bay Leaves
Fresh Parsley
Celery
Broccolini
Rosemary
Veggie broth
Tomatoes
Vegan Parmesan
Pineapple
Watermelon
Dairy free yogurt
Fresh garlic
Popcorn
Harissa Veggie Bowl for one:
1/2 red onion
2 cups of roughly chopped broccolini
1 cup of canned chickpeas
1.5 tbsp olive oil
salt + pepper
3 tbsp harissa sauce
1.5 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp agave
Cooked quinoa
The juice from 1/4 of a lemon
1 tbsp of fresh parsley
1/4 cup of dairy-free yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic
salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
Smoothie (no measurements):
Frozen mango
Frozen Kale
Spinach
Water
Dates
Chia Seeds
Flax Seeds
Dairy-free yogurt
Ice (if needed)
Jambalaya for one - this is one where you’ll have to measure with your heart :(. It was late and ya girl didn’t have a chance to measure things out. I plan to share a jambalaya recipe soon
Estimates:
Impossible sausage - 1 link
1/4 cup of diced celery
1/4 cup of diced Red bell pepper
1/4 cup of diced Green bell pepper
1 tsp garlic paste
1.5 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 servings of rice
1-2 tsp of cajun seasoning
Enough veggie broth to defrost the rice if needed
Salt + pepper to taste
Green onion or parsley for garnishing

I’m more of a rice person but I agree that pasta got it going on. I’m going to try it and save some roasted peppers to slice and mix in as an added texture.

WOW! I was searching vegan cooking videos and just by chance I came upon your channel. My cardiologist recommended I start eating vegan because of my overall inflammation, high blood pressure and cholesterol. He did not want to prescribe statins which I’m grateful for. Your recipes look amazing. Im inspired. God bless you and thank you 🙏🏼 😊

😋 girl, this okra and pepper dish is off the chain! I used frozen okra and put in air fryer @ 390 for 15 minutes. Thank you!

Girlllll why I laughed so hard when you said you forgot to put the blade, in your blender. I have done that so many times. Then you and sir's back and forth had me dying laughing. He is so smart....I don't know what I would do without you and your channel. It's my comfort zone for real. I'm tryin to get my auntie to eat more plant based. This was the best example of vegan meals for everyday ppl I’ve ever seen. Usually the vegan meal videos make me feel like I gotta go and buy Whole Foods entire store and do back flips. Ty soooo much. I have lately been loving fresh basil. The sweetness and the vibrancy of the fresh basil is out of this world. I to am in my happy place walking down the isles of my grocery store lol. I have to lately been loving oven roasted chic peas so yummy. Great video

I get it. I have always loved grocery shopping. I love finding healthy food on sale. So glad your showing a recipe with okra. I bought a bag of frozen okra the other day because I know how healthy it is. 😊

I love Culina yogurt! It’s expensive but so good and filled with probiotics. I’m glad you used okra! I haven’t never liked okra because of the way it’s been prepared.

Hey boo! I have a learned a shortcut on cutting peppers. Instead of cutting the stem to open it, you can push the stem in and cut it from there. Thank you for spreading ideas of what to cook for this! Have a great week!✨💚💚💚💚💚💚

Okay so that air fried okra and peppers!!! I’m doing this with a hummus dip!!! You have to try a can of chickpeas and a can of white beans and blend with whatever seasonings it will change your life! The white beans makes it super super creamy 🧂 🔥 🍲

I cooked quinoa last week with sugar, pumpkin spice, and a splash of milk. I can’t eat oatmeal because it was a pregnancy food aversions two years ago and I still can’t eat it even tho I loved it. The sweetened quinoa takes very similar and has more protein

What did you not like about the kite hill Greek style protein yogurt? I recommend trying the silk vanilla protein yogurt (has 10 grams of protein)

Hi Shakayla....I have to try the last recipe because I LOVE pasta. Since I've been on this journey, its definitely been trial and error. I tried making my own dipping sauce for my vegan chicken nuggets and it was a hot stankin mess 🤢 I threw it out so quick!! Can you please recommended a sauce for me to purchase or create on my own? How spicy is that harassa sause? I tried googling it not much luck. I like tapatio & shricha sauce so it's not spicer then that? Oh you can get it at some Walmarts too. I had it in my cart got scared put it back on the shelf! 😂😁

What was in the foil on the pan you had the red peppers on? Was that garlic? I didn’t see you put it in the blender and you didn’t mention it as one of the ingredients in the sauce. Did you change your mind about it? OMG! I’m trying that like today!

Yes! It was garlic, oil, salt, and pepper that I put in the foil. That’s completely optional and yes, I added some of the cloves to the blender!

Yeah kite hill almond yogurt-- I appreciate their effort but the flavor finish on it is too almondy. The yogurt is quite good before that point though. Cocojune yogurt is killing it and I like forager too ( not as great when they first came out) but cashews I will avoid where possible which Forager tends to use.
