Sleepytime mocktail
To a shaker or cup, add:
* 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
* 1/2 tsp of grated ginger
* Juice from half of a lemon
* 2 tbsp of tart cherry juice
* 1 serving of magnesium (This is the brand that I use: go.magik.ly/ml/1s9yq/ . Combine with hot water)
*Top with sparkling water or prebiotic soda
