Love this Anna - thank you so much for just being yourself and promoting such a healthy relationship with food❤ As someone recovering from an ED, this kind of balance is so refreshing to see😊
Hey Anna I was wondering if you had any good running playlists you listen to? I unfortunately need good music to help keep me running otherwise my mind kind of wonders and I slow down and end up walking. It’s been so inspiring to have followed your journey and see that you’re in a better mental space at the moment. It’s just so lovely and helps motivate me to try and get a better relationship with myself. Thank you!🥺💖
I so agree about what you said about exercise Anna! When I was in my ED I used to do cardio for hours just to have permission to eat, and it was torture. Now that I’m eating good food and exercising for my mental health it’s so much more enjoyable! 🤗👍👍 I always love your videos sister and this one was great - you gave me some really good meal ideas, as always!! You seem to happy and content lately and I’m just loving it for you! Sending you so much love and support from LA! xoxo 😘🤗🥰❤️🫶💕💕💕💕
Dear Anna, I am really thankful for your videos. Thank you for being so honest about your mental struggles and how you deal with them. Seeing you be kind to yourself and trying to find out what works for you, reminds me how important it is to listen to my own body💗
I liked to see this so much and agree on your point on fuelling and not worrying (and more). However, I'd like to see you work week and what/how you do/plan! Would be inspiring☺️
Oh my ghodd, my mom also buyw those oranges and she also buys mandarines (i think that is what they are called but i'm dutch haha) and it is a big box and it is always finised in like two weeks. Because they are sooo yummmy!! also i looove your video's. It is so calming and i always watch your video's when i'm stretching before bed and it helps me soo well! Bye
Thank you for mentioning that you ate cereal and kfc… I know that sounds weird but it’s so refreshing to hear a fitness influencer just talk about eating food that doesn’t fit the super-healthy-eating criteria.
you might not feel comfortable and that’s entirely okay, but could you talk more about woman’s health / seed cycling / maybe even your thoughts on contraception? x
