Hey guys! Today I'm showing you what I eat in a week to lose weight :) These are plant-based (vegan), simple to make, but super delicious recipes to make at home to help you on your weight loss journey. These are the sort of meals I'll make if I feel I've been eating unhealthy or not exercising (to counteract it), or if I feel I need to watch my weight. I eat intuitively and really enjoy eating food, so even. when I'm eating healthy & clean it has to be yummy. I eat intuitively, don't restrict carbs or healthy fats, and definitely don't diet. That's how I've been able to maintain my weight loss for almost a decade.
