I have been eating the same 5 meals on repeat is seems so I wanted to share those with you and hopefully give you some ideas of meals you can eat and help avoid carbs. I personally dont eat veggies or fruit (and haven't for 4 years) but you do you. Any step in the right direction to eating less processed foods and carbs is positive in my opinion. I'm just trying to live a healthy life and not gain 100 pounds back. Eating this way I have been able to lose weight, maintain it, reverse my insulin resistance, and find a balance in my life.
