Oh my goodness, your voice is so calming. It’s like a spa experience before the spa experience! I love your room- divine! I’m 46, and am just seeing the beginnings of a creepy line under one eye. You suggested I use REJUVI eye serum. I bought it, but haven’t used it yet. My skin has never broken out and can handle anything. Should I follow up with the REJUVI eye cream, or perhaps another eye cream? I just want to give those peepers all they can handle! Thanks Nerida, You’re the best!

In the freezer ...... very close by. The cryo sticks stay cold for many hours:))

Do you have a list of makeup products to use and avoid? I know you've mentioned MAC not being a good one so id really love to know which ones to use... Especially for maturing skin.

I do not have a list..... i just know from my work the ones that are comedogenic ..... but, that being said the healthier ones are the mineral lines such as La Bella Donna, Colorscience and Jane Iredale:))

Hello Neirda! I recently bought some products from Rejuvi for body and I have noticed that both contain essential oils and the shower gel has SLS. What are your thoughts on these ingredients?

Its such a personal thing. What works for some doesn't others..... laser is great for some, waxing is great for some too...it just depends on the individual :))

Yes, i do feel it stretches the skin in the delicate areas you are referring to. I have seen it sadly:( Cryo sticks..... they are fun. Enjoying working with them over masks:))

Hi! I had a question about retional. I've been using one for acne scars for about a year now. It's gental and I'm able to use it every night with no irritation or dryness. I have a few spots that I feel need something a little stronger though. I know you say to stay away from prescription strength retinol, but was wondering if using a prescription strength one just as a spot treatment almost on the few areas the seem to not heal with a lower strength one? Thanks!

That may work, or you could work in an aha cream or serum...different molecule is possible what your skin needs:))

Love all the spy like hidden rooms. You need a feminine color in there( green leaf is calling for his hula hula girl). 😂🤣 You know that allows you to move around ( leg circulation) without leaving your client alone in the room. Well thought out room design.👍🏻

I don’t wax. I use e tweezer every other days. A few years now, no longer have any more. It seems to be gone. Waxing leaves you lip and chin prickly like cat whiskers.
