Nerida, this is one of my favorite videos on your tips for estheticians you’ve made recently. Such great advice! I like to be educational as well, and sometimes firm about what I’m talking about-it was nice to hear you explain how you may take a softer approach with clients who may be resistant to hearing you, or who don’t really care... thank you!
Hahaha, thanks Nerida. I hate that I can’t just stop working when I’m finished with work-It seems like you and I are still estheticians even when we’re not in the treatment room. Oh well... guess that’s what happens when you love your job. 🤷🏼♂️
Thank you soooooo much for making this video Nerida! When I originally posted my comment about this I thought no one would relate and it was just a little hump I need to overcome. That skin analysis on these clients is very intimidating! This certainly helped me out a bunch! Love you
When I have my car serviced I receive a written report on the work completed, work suggested that I declined and the status of my essential car components(i.e. battery life remaining, etc). Now, I ask for a similar report from other professionals I consult any time I interact with them. This information allows me to budget, prioritize and plan future spending on products and services.
