Your story resonates so much...I too was living alone in my early 20s (many decades ago), having escaped a pressure cooker / toxic family environment. Having the space to breathe is priceless. I am like you when it comes to fruit. I love, love, love fruit. On my grocery run today, I bought a package of green grapes and it made me think of you. I know that grapes are a favourite of yours. I also love Honey Crisp apples and have one sitting on my counter right now along with some bananas, a pear and an orange. Also have a package of frozen strawberries in the freezer. I always try to keep frozen wild blueberries in there as well. The fruit plate that you made your friend looked super delicious.

There's nothing better than delicious baked goods from friends! And the spoon story... 🥺🥰 There's something so chill and relaxing about your vids that I just crave. It helps me slow down a bit and not feel so stressed/anxious. Also! Random tip, I think if you look for cantaloupes that are heavy for their size and with really raised webbing, it should be ripe! I, too, enjoy fruits (idk, growing up they felt like a luxury item?) and I love trying new ones as an adult!

I love that you eat so much fruit! Kudos to you, for treating your body well, and taking care of yourself. Doing so at such a young age, you will reap the benefits from it absolutely as you get older. I was mostly vegan for my early 20s, and it definitely helped me with energy levels and granted me a healthy body at my later years (I turn 26 in 2 weeks.) I love your vlogs btw!

I eat alot of Banana bread to the point where I bake it evry other week and eat it for lunch at work with peanut butter spread on top and a cup of san pellegrino sparkling water mixed with unsweetened cranberry juice, mmmm so good! Cheers!!
