What I Spend In A Week At WSOP 2024 

Hey Ethan! I really enjoyed this "a week in my life" video. It's very enlightening for those not in the grind and encouraging for those on the same path. Personally, watching it makes me feel like I'm not alone on a similar path (but smaller scale). On a side note, now I'm considering a cold plunge! Every time my & my lady go to a spa, it's always a nice option when they have it available. Thanks for including this daily part of your routine. I do appreciate the breakdown of expenses, basically a P&L, And I would have some suggestions to include the other very real costs that happened in a week. This primera includes lodging, transportation, clothes, and whatever 1 52nds seconds of your annual overhead is!

Am I the only poker player that, you know, cooks his own food?!? Not only saves money, but tastes better than most of what you're getting/ordering out!

I’d definitely be using that kitchen more often, Door Dash is stupid expensive and if you have a house in Vegas, why not cook? The meal prep is a step in the right direction though! Just returned from the WSOP yesterday. Played 9 straight days of poker. Now I'm back at work and feeling the fatigue you are in this video. Thanks for sharing so people can see the grind.

This was actually a really good vlog. I didn't think I would like the non poker format from you, but it's more enjoyable watching you spend your money and live a good life. That being said hire someone or get a cute girl to teach you how to cook. The amount of money you will save will blow your mind, and you could film it for good content. There's probably so many of your viewers that spend way to much money and would appreciate a vlog like that.

Love the different style of content It helps to see other players journey through poker and understand how grueling and fun it really is to be a pro.

You should consider freezing food you wont eat in the next 3 days, you can usually microwave straight from frozen.

yo buddy. You should look at timing for Cold Plunges...You should plunge prior to workout instead of after. If you research this, it says it impacts workout recovery negatively if you do it after a workout.

18 meals for $283 is not cheap my dude...and I live in NYC. You can meal prep that shit for well under half that. Since you don't seem to cook have you ever considered hiring a personal chef to cook all of your meals for the week so you can just freeze them? I would guess the meals would be much higher quality than Factor and perhaps not much difference in the cost. Also I know you are a poker player so your relationship with spending money is probably different to many non poker players but you are definitely burning a lot of money ordering everything from Doordash. Also you are getting food that is commonly being cooked in low quality seed oils and as a result is less healthy than food prepared at home. You seem like you are in good shape and conscious of eating a good diet so just wanted to say this. You the man Rampage, love the vlogs!

This is one of the best poker video I have ever watched. Very interesting and a lot of good info. It approaches the DNeg WSOP daily vlogs minus the hand history. Obviously DNeg is more suited to talk about hands but for everything else this is more relatable because most of us can't live the DNeg life style.
