Oh my gosh! The new look skirt is my favorite skirt! I make mine with the pleats. It's easy. They have the best big pockets 👍 I love your bangs!

When I started watching your video, I thought, "She looks thinner!" Well, how about that? YEHAW GO GIRL! Lovely makes. I'm in the sew-jo deep. I also live in a zone that gets cold this season, central Iowa. I don't want to switch over to pants. It's inevitable and I am not happy LOL. If you lose too much weight and can't wear the sizes you made, I know someone who will fit perfectly. Guess who? Yes, me! Looking forward to your upcoming makes.

Love all 3! An easy way to get more wear out of your skirt is to insert elastic into the waistband. I have done it with a couple of similar skirts and it works great. You could do just the back if you want to keep the front smooth.

Lovely makes! I ordered cotton sateen from mood in a different color way and totally agree about the quality and white back. Don't think I would order again.

A suggestion to include pockets. Place the zipper between the seam of the back panel and back side panel on one side.

Wow - I need to start walking! But then I'd have less time for sitting and sewing 😄 - but I wouldn't be feeling like my waistband is tight like I did today and yesterday...😄! All your new clothes are so nice, although it's a shame two of the skirts may not be fitting you for long and there were issues with the fabric on some of them. Even great companies have problems every now and then. Love the navy blouse and skirt so much! I bought some black and white striped pre-pleated fabric from Joann's clearance area a couple of years ago and you are giving me ideas!!! I got it because it was so cool and also very inexpensive but didn't have a clue what I'd do with it...until today! And yeah, I need pockets - where else do you put a tissue?!?

That blue looks great on you. That's a nice set. Do you think I can use a sequined fabric with that NewLook pattern?

By the way snags or not they’re beautiful.

You would also have to change the waistband to accommodate the zipper location.

A narrow elastic in the top of the waistband will accommodate your weight loss.

Those snags are an indication of a dull or a needle with a snag that’s imperceptible to the naked eye but still there. Next time try changing your needle.
