Mini’s are only good for a first time purchase of a products to see if you like it, or if space saving during travel is actually necessary. Sometimes it’s not even worth it then depending on price lol.
Part 3 please!! As a teen who spends their money way to quickly and wants to stop spending, you make it so reasonable to not buy the minis from target.❤️
Idk if you want my tips but basically just get the larger size almost always, and think if you actually really need or want something before you get it (think about why you actually want or need it and if you'll actually use it)
I’m in the same situation as you and I just put myself on a no buy 😂 food is an exception or if I’m hanging out with a friend but no buyuonh makeup or skin care. I also like to think about if I really need it or if I’m just buying it for the sake of buying, and if it’s something expensive I try to think of cheaper alternatives
Don't buy things you don't actually NEED. If you really want something, wait a week or two and see if you still want in 2 weeks from now. It's a good way to help u see stuff u actually need or want versus impulse buys.
I like the mini e.l.f primer since I only wear little to no makeup on a daily basis. I know I’m saving money using a mini one rather than a full size that I may not fully use 👌🏼
My favorite mini from Sephora has to be the Sephora brand Hydrating lip sleeping mask in the sent strawberry. It is so mosterizing and I love it, also it dose not skimp on the amount of product in the tube for $5 you get 15 ml or .5 fl oz which with this product were a little goes along way I find this product worth it.
Anything that comes in a not transparent packaging, i would probably buy for travel (if i put them in carry on). I’ve gotten my stuff taken by airport staff just cause they couldnt see what’s inside even tho it’s so light 😢
the mini shea butter curl cream is so good!! it's definitely less than the original but it's lasted me so long and i don't need that much so it's lasted at least 2-3 months and that's with using it everyday!!
I recommend using minis strictly for trying out products, travel (for space or TSA standards), or if you love a product but can't stomach the price of it in it's regular size (this is a personal guilty pleasure 😅).
the mini cleansers are always my favorite i can always try something new and if it doesnt sit right with my skin i dont feel guilty bc i bought a mini version rather than a regular size
Girl, how much of them Lanolips are you using? The minis last me quite awhile, they are perfect for my purse or car and larger ones are good for around the house!
Minis are good if you’re traveling, but they aren’t even worth it then because you could just buy those mini bottles that you can fill of your favorite products. That’s what I did to prep for my delivery of my daughter.
There are minis for a reason, there for in your purse or traveling. i’m surprised you don’t know this because from what I seen you love make up and skin care. Do you think the glow recipe will put a full size in the travel kit? No because it’s for travel, you’re not supposed to use it every day you’re supposed to use it while traveling😂😊
If you wanna see if you’re getting a good deal or not just compare cost per ounce to the original size’s cost per ounce. My guess is most mini items aren’t a good deal. Same with travel size items.
The only mini thing I’ll buy is shots of alcohol 😂 because usually they’re only a couple bucks or even just a dollar and they help me to not drink as much at one time
I have such beef with those mini pimple patches. For like a dollar more you could get the full size product. EVEN THEN it's a rip off because the 24 count of Mighty Patches are 7.99 but Alba Botanica's acne dots are 40 for 7.99. I would try all the time to get teenagers to choose the one that is a better deal but they would refuse because "they're not the ones on Tik Tok"
*Girl the point of minis is for traveling and I guess to test it out* there’s a reason they give you the Buy one get one free when you get 3 minis together! No one who already likes a product will buy the mini unless they’re traveling
I wouldn’t buy pimple patches from mighty patch in the first place. Other brands make better pimple patches with literal micro needles in it for like less than half their price.
"It's only a dollar more" is a psychological way grocery chains get you to spend more money. If they have a thousand people thinking "it's only a dollar more" then they make $1k 🤷♀️ Maybe some people use less and would like to buy less. Spend whatever u want, less or more. It's your money
