*Fighter Bulma sees Zenkai boosts in Sayajin* *Creates Serum that replicates that even in retrospective for Humans* *Injects Krillin for tests* *Krillin can now slap Zeno out of Existence*
Bulma: “Also, I have rocket powered fists.” Mercenary Tao: “Oh, come now. There’s no such thing as rocket powered...” *(Tao is punched)* Mercenary Tao: “I stand corrected.”
Ooooh... this caught my attention. This actually could affect the story quite a lot, for exsample the relation between Bulma and Vegeta when they get together.
@@DWargs I vote for all the above lol. Seriously if Bulma is becoming Tony Stark she needs her harem of man meat. Yamcha, Goku, Vegeta, maybe Krillin and more. No man can tie her down.
(Goku turns into an Oozaru) (Bulma battles him in West City in the "Goku Buster") Bulma: *Slams down Goku and repeatedly punches Goku* "Go to sleep! Go to sleep! Go to sleep!" Oozaru Goku: *Spits out tooth and sneers* Bulma:"I'm sorry."
"Is a suit of armor believable?" Considering the Androids and Cyborgs, absolutely. Bulma is susceptible to far more drawbacks, but I can see her advancing her tech far enough and in enough detail, that she might have the edge on the biomechanical menaces.
Yeah! Having this technically-driven what if is something in keeping with Toriyama's love of cars and engineering and it's something that involves a character who would do something like this if hey synapses fired another way.
I’ve been waiting with bated breath for this ever since that first What If Roundtable. Excited as _hell_ to see you actually doing it. Now the only question is how many Marvel references we can fit in one comment section.
Sort of already in canon as well. I mean the Red Ribbon armor had several Mech Suits that gave kid Goku a run for his money. Meaning they were in the double digits in terms of power level, and Goku pretty much could ignore getting hit by a car or being shot when his power was like 10.
I'm also DEEPLY into this story. Imagine the gains Bulmas suit will enjoy once the Saiyan or Namek Saga roll by, a space tech augmented suit followed by possible gravity training could be awesome.
Interesting concept indeed. Kinda made me think "Hey, if Dr. Gero can build androids to go toe to toe with saiyans, why can't Bulma do something of the sort as well?"
I like the idea of Bulma making that suit. You should have Bulma accidentally run into Chi-chi and have her convince Chi-chi to train her so she see Goku a lot earlier. Have Bulma integrate a version Chi-Chi's helmet beam to her suit. This will also make Chi-Chi's stronger and make Bulma and her friends earlier. Showing Chi-chi that you can fight and still be smart and successful.
@@wolffasthorse5316 It's a bit late to be relevant in that story without feeling pulled from this story. That said, Masako could pull together multiple popular story elements into one ultimate What If universe. Gine survives, everyone turns good except Frieza, everyone gets involved in fighting and does various things to stay relevant unlike the original, and then that fiery "Yama" symbol shows up and demands to know what's going on.
@@cameronheaton9900 Has She? Bulma is all about SCIENCE. She probably would Android (Yes, I just used Android as a verb) herself like Gero did, She really enjoys deconstructing Gero tech, so I can see her apply that to herself If anything.
The potential upgrades are exciting. A shrinking/growth ray, gravity manipulation, she could even possibly reverse engineer the bansho fan. Even cloud armor based on the Nimbus. The potential is really high.
I read about a fic in which Bulma reverse engineered Red Ribbon and Android Tech, in conjunction with Freeza's Blasters and the Space Ships. The Androids have infinite energy so she can provide infinite energy to the planet and ships, as well as giving biological boosts similar to the android biotech to humans. Ships with FTL, infinite power, and energy weapons. 17 was created decades ago and has the power to go toe to toe with some of the most powerful beings in the multiverse. Now, if Bulma upgraded that with Ki knowledge and updated designs... They also haven't used much of the Capsule tech in later parts of the series. Storing a lot of suits and tech on capsules/bag of holding would give her an advantage. If she could figure out how to use techniques like the Mafuba with her armor, she would be a force to be reconned with.
Bulma has armor that can keep up with a Super Saiyan Vegeta: now has a clear understanding of why he's in love with Bulma and has a much tighter knit relationship with her
Masako: is a robot suit believable in Dragon Ball? me:**looks over at Pilaf's robot suit** ....I don't know, you might have gone a bit out of line this time Masako
I was listening for background noise while I studied, and hearing you doing your Goku voice followed by “yamcha starts blushing like crazy” made me drop my notebook
The more I thought about it, she should have become an android in the canon. Bulma is an important character in this series, all she does now is crack jokes with Whis and flirts with Vegeta. Since Masako is going with the robot suit device, I imagine when he continues, he will just go the cyborg route. Bulma's already super intelligence combined with an AI is terrifying. Theoretically Bulma can learn any martial arts she wants and have infinite stamina on top of that.
I would prefer he doesn't go the Cyborg route. Cyborg just gets you "closest thing to a human but not a human that isn't left in the dust by Saiyans". That and infinite power source. But battling the same way, same moves, same nearly everything. 17 was mainly different because of his barrier technique. Bulma with Tech Suit actually affords a lot of possibilities for what she could build and integrate in it, designs, varieties, and alternatives if she loses them or an enemy tries to stop her. Why add more Androids when it wouldn't bring anything new besides Bulma being able to fight?
Bulma could put so much interesting tech into her suit, Imagine an energy field that drains her opponents energy the longer they are around her, small disks that when attached to the opponent, makes gravity INSANELY heavy on them. Blade in the suit that can cut ANYTHING, Mist that she can spray on enemies to either disorient them or choke them. And any damage to the suit automatically repairs itself. She could take specs from Goku, Piccolo, buu, and even freiza to incorporate into her suit. An onboard healing system that can heal the pilot. Satellites that can fire energy from them down on the enemy to surprise them. Cloaking tech that completely masks the suit and it's movements. Key it in to bulmas genetic code so it will only come to and operate with her in it. Even make it run on an infinite energy generator like the androids. Lastly, make it fit in sumn small and easy to carry , like a ring or a necklace. Or just a capsule😂
I’m sorry I’m geeking out so hard about this. Like down the line would Chichi and Bulma fight in the tournament and how different the Namek saga would if Bulma was trained
Tony Stark Bulma is a neat idea, maybe she can be a bit of a playgirl as well and string along Yamcha, Vegeta etc. That said the big pay off of this what if imo is the increased training equipment. If Bulma really knows how the boys train, what works and what doesn't early on they should get access to much better training methods than punching rocks or blasting tree's early on. Remember the huge boost the gravity chamber had to the Z fighters, and the training drones Vegeta fought against. Simply put if Bulma took more interest in making the best training equipment possible, both for herself and the boys I can't help but think skill and power levels would rise across the board much earlier.
What if Bulma trained like Goku? Either she will Dr. Gero herself and become Capsule-Maiden or she is gonna reverse engineer the cells of Goku and all of the villains he fight and implements it in her own DNA. Hey if we got real-life scientist making monkey human chimeras, it's possible for Bulma.
Maybe Gokus freaked out of the doc or getting pricked with needles, leading to her taking a bit of an advantage of the Prince when a lightbulb appears over her head.:)
Buff Balma? Why not. It's a compelling setup indeed. Lot's of opportunities for her technological prowess to shine. If Dr. Gero can make "Cyborgs" as strong as 18, 17 and 16, then surely Balma, after a lot of time and research, can make a suit that can both match them in power, and even outclass them after the "Cell Saga" is completed.
Iron Maiden Bulma? (Power Armor?) "Android" Bulma? (She steals the tech from Muscle Tower and turns herself into a Cyborg either voluntarily or after she gets injured?) Edit: They went the power Armor route. I still want to see if she takes the "Android" route later on during the Androids Arc. 13:16 Bulma really needs a crash course on the Boxer's Triangle. Even with the power armor, she should focus more on speed and technique fighting playing to her natural speed, agility, and smarts.
I don't think mama would become a cyborg but she would definitely increase her suit and find a way to make it more powerful she probably would find out how Saiyans get zenkai boosts and somehow Implement that into her armor without hurting her
Oh yes... Bulma wants to know how to start by asking Yamcha for training. "Okay bulma start by digging a shallow hole with a wide radius." "Why do..." "No questions!" Bulma digs the hole and then asks what's next. "Now Bulma curl up in a fetal position in the center. In time you'll know your place like I know mine."
I think the concept of Bulma creating technology to fight alongside the others is more than believable. Considering the fact that Dr. Gero was able to do the same thing with the androids. And the idea of Bulma making further improvements to her suit as she witnesses more techniques and the series continues is exciting. Especially for stuff like the Freiza saga where she was mostly left alone in a cave. Now she could make a genuine contribution. Also the idea of Bulma making improvements to her armor after studying the androids when they appear would be really cool. Like integrating Gero's tech somehow.
You'd think at some point Bulma would've asked Goku, Vegeta or whoever else about learning to fly and maybe channelling Ki. Could really benefit her in many ways.
what if goku kept his 'i am the hope of the universe' persona? instead of being all about fights hes about saving people and being in the public eye super man style
Android Saga: 1. Bulma sees the power of the Androids. 2. Gets inspired "If Gero can make beings this powerful and I'm smarter than him, just imagine how strong a being I can make!" 3. Turns herself into a Android, since she's smarter than Gero there's now less downsides; i.e. Android 17's infertility. 4. She offers the Z-Fighters the opportunity to become an Android. 5. The Saiyans turn it down, Yamcha would accept "Free strength? Hell yeah.", Krillin would be hesitant but probably say yes, I think Tien is the only one of the humans to say no. 6. Future Trunks says yes much to Vegetas dismay.
What if goku went mui against broly What if yamcha wasn’t afraid of girls What if whis found broly before the top What if goku went ultra instinct against buu or ssj2 against cell What if saiyan regrew their tails after time no matter what ssj4 maybe
Great story so far Masako! One little detail that I can easily look over for the sake of the story though, is that Goku didn't have the weighted training cloths till after he trained with Kami.
Although Bulma wants to train like Goku and wants to become like Iron Man. She's needs a core as her power source for her heart and the suit Like Tony's. It makes them more powerful than before.
Awesome! I've actually been thinking about this kind idea for a while. If Gero could build fully artificial robots that could throw down with grade 1 super sayians (hello 16), I definty think it should be possible to build an exo-suit that could do that same thing. Another interesting idea I came across I hope you will consider: The introduction of a device/technique that temporarily nullifies ki energy in a general area, forcing the affected fighters to rely enitrly on actual martial arts, no ki blasts, no flight, no enhanced strength or durability, and DEFINITELY no transformations. Although this would probably just be an instant win button for characters like the androids, who are super powerful without ki....
