Essentially, Char dying means overwhelming victory for the Titans. Until Scirocco makes his move and the Titans fall into civil war between the Scirocco faction and the Jamitov faction led by Bask Ohm (Since Scirocco would most likely still assassinate Jamitov) Would be interesting seeing if Londo Bell could rise from the ashes of a Titans civil war.

Also, making this video made me realize one thing I don't like about CDA, a lot of things are conveniently written for Char to be his best. The biggest issue I see with this what if story is that it is operating on the idea that no other ace pilots or newtypes would arise. I really don't think that's a fair assumption. And what about the Titan's tendency to betray each other for personal gain?

For anyone that doesn't know Char's Deleted Affair is an amazing manga. I thought it was going to be about Haman and teenage girl stuff BUT NO. There is so much backstory/lore to what is going on with Zeon remnants and Axis politics. They even show what is going on in the Republic of Zeon and how the Federation hunts zabi/zeon loyalist. Chars Deleted Affair is also a prequel of Z Gundam Define as the same author made it. It is amazing all of you need to read it.

Without Haman and Axis, AEUG would probably be easily crushed by Titan and their new ace Kamille.

In char deleted affair manga, one reason why char leave axis. During his stay at axis, char has romantic relantionship with haman close friend (forgot her name). In fit of jelousy (also influenced by her unstable newtype ability) made a scheme that cause the death of char girlfriend which at that time pregnant with char child. This also why char really hate haman

I would continue the next video from this point, but not jump back into the Gryps Conflct. Instead I'd connect to the events of Stardust Memory. Because with Axis falling, some of the events of 0083 may not have happened because the Mobile Armor Gato piloted was sent from Axis. No Axis, no Mobile Armor. Meaning the Gundam GP03 would have dominated the final fight. That is unless Axis were to barely win by a numbers game with attrition against the Federation Forces. But even then Axis's forces would have been severely weakened. And they would have likely needed to speed up development of new MS just to stay afloat. That said, with the severe blow that would have been taken, Axis may have opted to not even get involved during Stardust or the Gryps Conflict for fear the losses would be too great. Haman was one of it's leaders who pushed for war the most. Without her various events would not have happened.

Even LaLa was a better pilot than Char. In Gundam Evolve: 09, there is a character code-named Gray Wolf who pilots a yellow Zeta Gundam. While his name is never specifically stated, his physical appearance matches that of Matsunaga. In addition, he is referred to as a former Zeon ace pilot and a Gray Wolf emblem similar to Matsunaga's White Wolf emblem is located on the Zeta's shield. If Char, Amuro, Kamille, & Judau didn't become pilots I'm sure one of these aces or many other people out there could have taken their roles and done the same if not better than they did. It's selfish to assume these characters are the only people in an entire universe who could have done the things they did. Hathaway Noa is an exceptional pilot and new Type who didn't really come into his own till U.C. 0105 which is 12 years after both Char and Amuro died in U.C. 0093. Kamille is a very unique character and he would be more difficult to replace by anyone as it is confirmed by the creator of gundam that he is the most powerful Newtype in all of the U.C. time line. If it wasn't for Kamille lending his powers to Juda Neo Zeon would have won their first war is U.C. 0088/0089 and Haman would have conquered the world, just one of his many achievements the actually decided the entire outcome of a war. Also Char only recommends Haman as the next leader of Neo Zeon to the Committee. It was Haman that united to Zabi hardliners under her not Char. She assisted in Operation Stardust which won the support of Gieran Zabis supporters. If Char hadn't recommend her as the leader than she would most likely have been mentioned by someone else. He younger sister was a traitor and even though her older sister who was Dozals second wife was there she was never even considered. Hammans Neo Zeon would have destroyed the Titans after their little Civil war. The Quiblay destroys the O everyday of the week. Haman actually grew apart from Char and was serious about her plans it came to a head when Char abandoned Axis and Haman but she would go on to build one of the most powerful armies the U.C. ever saw. How ever it could be argued Char did recommend her and either out that she wouldn't have come into power over Axis. If this happens she dose not lend units or man power to Operate Stardust and it most likely is stopped before eit even starts. Remember Gato got his mobile armor from Axis. So now that Operation Stardust is stopped the Titans are not formed and you have the normal zeon hunter units remain. You can argue that Axis and the Gato fleet, "can't remember the guy's name. Delzu or something." Are the reason the Titans are even formed.

Well the A.E.U.G. are doomed now, but I wonder how events in future series like Unicorn Gundam would be affected.

The good thing for everyone else, the Titans would most likely implode due to every one in the chain of command wanting more power. Hell, the only reason why you wouldn't have a knife in between your shoulder blades is because you were new. And yes, please continue from this video! My morbid curiosity demands it!!

As I haven't read CDA, I was curious if your version of events would have had consequences for Operation Stardust. If that doesn't happen or is prevented then the Titans wouldn't exist, or at least not exist as they do in Zeta Gundam. I'm sure something like the Gryps War would happen due to the agressive factions of the Earth Federation seemed to have status prior to Stardust, but I doubt their forces would have the same technological advantages as the Titan Test Teams wouldn't have really existed and the EFF would be using units from Anaheim or other contractors. Not that a mass production GP01 wouldn't be a threat, but I feel that the AEUG could get access to units of similar capability.

Great job here sorry this was late. I wonder what GM the Federation were using? Now Axis out of the picture. Haman is gone too. The Titans are going to be to OP for the AEUG. Plus the pilots they got like Apolly and Roberto never join up as Axis is gone they could be dead. Now the AEUG dose not even have good pilots let alone aces like Char or Kamille. Amuro is now the only hope for the AEUG, or maybe and I know I will get flak for this the Unknown Ace Kou Uraki could join them as I can not see him liking the Titans to much, as they are making a mockery of the Federation? Maybe Shiro would come out of hiding? I mean he seemed to hate heavy handed stuff that the Titans do? I would love to see you go on from this spot.

Do another episode like this, but this time what if the Axis Base manages 2 intervene regardless of Char & Haman being there 2 play their roles, or do a video of what if Kycilia Zabi was spared since Char wasn't there 2 assassinate her & she survived the war. What would've happen then if had Kycilia lived? Would it been a completely different timeline where as she was suppose 2b killed by Char?

Suggestion: What if Char died in the first combat vs. gundam, or at any other time period that would evolve in Garma Zabi not dying.

I'd like to see a part 4 to this. I've an idea that's pretty out there but just for fun. My suggestion. Amuro DOES get the Alex back to support the AEUG but it's been upgraded to the Netix (NT-X from G Gen games). Maybe a spy was able to give Amuro its location and he captured it at a test facility with a squad of Nemos.

I nearly had to stop the video and re look at her hair and say wow she had a different hairstyle that isn't making me laugh. This is a big shock and I would say continue on with the return of Axis.

Kakarot, great stuff Personally, I'd like to see it continue from a timeline where Axis still existed, because that makes things more Immediately interesting. One where Axis doesn't just ends up with an AEUG defeat, any and all Higher ups from the AEUG being executed or Jailed, meaning nothing really happens till ~F91 (I don't think Mafty would rise in a timeline where the AEUG failed just because of precedents, nor would Unicorns/Narrative probably happen) Or we just have Mars Zeon do stuff earlier in this timeline

I like your theory, and enjoyed your videos... But I'm going to throw a more positive platform your way; with equally as interesting a butterfly effect. If Char had died, Axis I believe would have remained relatively the same, that I agree. HOWEVER, let's get extra nerdy and greasy for a moment. I firmly believe the assassination of Blex may have actually been engineered by Char himself to help the A.E.U.G. gain traction through a marter, as such Blex would have remained in a leadership role. Apolly (Andy) and Roberto (Ricardo) knowing of their commanders lack of faith in Zeon would then wish to carry on his goals minus his leadership, joining the A.E.U.G. as a logical alternative to spacenoid solidarity. The only exception being there would be no change to their names and they would as skilled pilots take part in the Mk2 capture regardless. Now here's where things get interesting we need an ace to command the team. So we find we're stuck with an unskilled BUT surprisingly adaptable ensign with newtype potential as she has been forced into conflict due to the lack of able pilots within the A.E.U.G. and thus bolstering her skills and unleashing gradually her newtype intuition. The pilot being Reccoa Londe. Due to her lack of skill compared to Char, a mass produced version of the Hyaku Shiki is rushed into production to make up for lack of piloting skills so the Mk2 capture is a striking success, with a presence of 2 Black Rick Dias's and a rush series Hyaku Shiki, speeding up A.E.U.G. upgrade (Here's where shit gets good). The events play out exactly as canon zeta, with the exception of the loss of the MP Shiki which will be shot down by a skillful Kamille. Reccoa is thus given an upgraded variant to the Hyaku Shiki which closer resembles the Hyaku Shiki Kai. During the drop to Earth Emma l's Rick Dias is not damaged due to the presence of a massively upgraded high mobility mobile suit. Casualties are taken but such is war, and the drop goes as planned. Kai being the skilled spy that he is, is able to move more stealthily through Jaburo sending word to the A.E.U.G. he however is still caught, but saved before the blast due to earlier correspondence. The A.E.U.G. is able to make a retreat to the Kennedy space port, and are pursued relentlessly by the Titans Asshimar pilot Buran. Here's a major change for Zeta, Emma Sheen is now present and thus Roberto (Ricardo) now has a fellow Dias pilot watching his back and is no longer forced into desperate combat. Buran is thus unable to get a stealth shot in due to Lt. Sheens presence and thus Roberto (Ricardo) survives. Making the trials on Earth significantly easier due to his and Emmas skilled presence. Amuro is met so the events of Four Murasame play out realitively the same minus perhaps a compassionaye mother figure for Kamille through miss Londe. Once in space Batch would still remain a fatality due to only Fa Yuiry and Andy (Apolly) being present. This is a wake-up call for the A.E.U.G. that their machines are falling behind, and since the Hyaku Shiki has heen researched so heavily in sddition to Zeta technology. A surprising new member to the A.E.U.G. is quickly and easily produced the RMS-099B that would remain the Sturm Dias rather than Schuzrum. The 099B is issued to both Ricardo, Andy, Boaty, etc. And it's paint remains black with a red hood as Char is no longer the focal point of the machine. With a superior Dias upgrade Fa Yuiry is easily saved by now Dias commander Andy and Lt. commander Ricardo, most likely killing Jerid Mesa in the process during an ill planned attack on Ensign Yuiry's Methuss, thus preserving the life of commander Andy Bay. Reccoa; having never been used by Char, and never meeting Scirroco, would bolster her role in the A.E.U.G. and with no source of bitterness remains true to her ideals and has fully developed as a newtype alongside Kamille. Emma Sheen has assumed the role of MS commander aboard the Radish under command of Henken Bekkener. And we reach the climax, Yazans strike force is destroyed easily due to the presence of a superior Argama Dias Corps, Lead by commander Andy Bay, and his two subordinates Lt. Commander Ricardo, and 2nd Lt. Boaty. Thus the Radish, Emma, Katz, and possibly Sarah are saved. Reccoa and Kamille lock into battle with Haman and Scirroco; as A.E.U.G. lines are now stronger and have greater presence. Due to the superior attributes of an improved Shiki and a solid Zeta Gundam, the battle reaches a stalemate till the arrival of Andy's Strum Dias and Fa Yuiry's Methuss (Which has most likely been upgraded into a Methuss Heavy, due to the advancement of the Strum.). The Radish and Argama are able to hold the line with Emma and Ricardo acting as commanders. Haman and Scirroco fight an intense battle but are defeated and Scirroco is forced to retreat in dishonor. Haman badly damage can not inflict critical damage on Reccoas Shiki and thus too is forced into retreat. Thus ends the Gryps conflict with the A.E.U.G. victory. And thus the events of ZZ in it's canon for never take place. The A.E.U.G. is able to work with the Federation and Gundam Sentinels events while no less brutal are more easily managed. Kamille unscathed by Scirrocos mind assault continues an active roll in the A.E.U.G. never having to deal with the deaths of Emma, Henken, Andy, Ricardo, Reccoa, etc. And with Blex still alive skilled and mutually peaceful discussion takes place... How do you like MY mind screwery. Let me know oh glorious people of the internet... BYE! 👋 😃

Looking forward to see what sort of nonsensical Hyaku Knockoff Amuro would end up getting to fight in space with, as that's the only way I can see him returning.

There is actually a way for Axis Zeon to survive this. All that needs to happen is Aiguille Delaz Instead of going off on his own helps to escort the Mineva Zabi's ship to Axis.

Hey Kakorat197 can you tell me how your able to read these manga's? I want to read them but every time I start reading a series I only get to read up to 4 chapters before the series ends. I especially want to read the manga's for the Chars Counter Attack with the Hi-Nu Gundam and the Nightengale mobile suits. I also want to read about the White Dingo team since they sadly don't have any on the 08th Ms team. Btw, I REALLY love your page! I used to be able to remember the exact model numbers of each mobile suit by heart but sadly old age kicked in and I find it hard to remember them but whenever I listen and watch your videos I now only gain a bit of that memory back but I also learn SOOOO much more about the Gundam franchise/universe/series/mythology behind it. I know you said you have a hard time getting the time to play the games but I bet if you had the chance to play the Japanese arcade within the sphere or ball you would do it without a second thought

Yeah man, you're deep understanding of the lore eliminates a lot of the randomness of "what-if?" scenarios and provides a believable narrative. Extrapolation is on point and honestly, if you wrote a March of the Titans game (a spiritual successor to Ghiren's Ambition/Greed), I'd buy it.

I've been wanting to replay Gundam vs. Zeta Gundam as the AEUG with the caveat that I am required to kill Char/Quattro during the first mission of Zeta Gundam.

I'm curious what would be the breaking point for the titans with out axis. There has to be one since there probably bleeding pilots, and there actions our at least getting out to the general public. Although I don't think there going farther due to pressure from a threat, but overconfidence.
