Actually I think minus the whole not killing goku thing I think Gero would have some pride in knowing that his creation far exceeded all of his expectations and beat down some of the strongest people in the universe. But thats just my opinion. Like hes not going to be all baha thats my son hes going to be more like "wow my creation succeeded in saving the universe and my genius rivals the power of the gods!!!"

I believe it was a mini-robot that was collecting DNA, but it was sending information to a computer that was taking care of cell. So it could be said that Dr. Gero Stopped personally monitoring them just before they went to namek, and everything that happened after that was monitored solely by the computer and not by Dr. Gero himself.

Yes, I think His body was temporary, if you have robot body you have no limits pretty much, you can keep upgrading yourself everytime you progress your technology.

Diseal Fury she couldn't have built Androids. she needed geros blueprints to understand the Androids. if they trained in the time chamber they would have mastered super Saiyan. beaten the Androids. with no Androids to absorb cell would have been toast.

I think it depends on when Gero stops watching. It's pretty much set in stone that Gero stopped watching after Goku and Vegeta fight. If we only move his watch up to Namek being destroyed, then yes I feel like he still would lose. The thing is the Z Fighters were able to train for 4+ years (year until goku comes back and then I believe 3 before Gero) to the point that Vegeta catches up to Goku without as massive of a zenkai as the one Goku got on Namek and Piccolo is also strong enough to fight Gero. If Gero saw this change he could have done something differently, but this brings up the question, "why wouldn't he make himself as strong as possible regardless?" My guess is there is a limitation to how much he can amplify the robotic parts and he already hit that threshold. That being said, as retconned in Super, the androids (17/18 at least) are able to train and grow that way, so if Gero truly was scared enough he could let them out sooner to train. Whether or not he can control them is up for debate though. In a "perfect" world, he scraps 19/20 and focuses on absolute control (or at least control to the point he doesnt die) of 17/18 and then trains them instead. How? Idk, the only way that makes sense that wouldn't cause a commotion is gravity training or something which would be ridiculous on infinite stamina beings.

As its said, almost certain he made 19 like that to gauge their power, like he was a older model that was completed first, who was along with being immensely more loyal so he took 19 on the test spin at first and 17/18 being a last resort (16 being a defense system for the base.) (And if including 13/14/15 they were probably a test for what he intended for cell and then became an abandoned project that was never actually meant for use.)

Technically she could with her capsule tech. She could build a device and then stored it into a capsule. But there wouldn't be a need with how harsh they said the chamber was.

Would be a more efficient way of utilizing the chamber. We never get 100% confirmation about the Chamber having more gravity than the stated 10Xs Earth 🌏 gravity within it. Bulma’s ships (that Vegeta trains in a lot) can go up to 400Xs. Couple that within the Time Chambers time differentiation, they could get WAY stronger 💪🏽 in a shorter amount of time. They also need to take some senzu beans to recover quicker and keep training more frequently without the need of “rest and recovery” time.

I'm guessing you mean that Vegeta in this what if had mastered SSJ like Goku and Gohan did, but pushed his limits to reach SSJ2. In that case he's not gonna do much until Cell is revived, besides absolutely dicking on the Cell Jrs in MSSJ. He probably would just humor Goku by letting Gohan fight and seeing how strong he was. Once Trunks dies he's gonna just go HAM on Cell in SSJ2 (he'd already be SPC's equal without rage boosts), and for once we'd get to see a rapid fire energy blast actually kill someone. After that though both Gohan and Vegeta would be down in the dumps about how they had the power to end Cell and yet they still basically let him kill Goku and Trunks. Once Trunks gets revived though I think Vegeta's gonna just drag Trunks back in the HTC and have him master SSJ and access SSJ2. During the 7 year gap I think Gohan would actually keep his training up a bit, so he still stays at his Cell Games level, while Vegeta is gonna probably be equal to Goku. Seeing as Vegeta is Goku's "equal" in this what if and Gohan is more than strong enough to kill Dabura, he has no reason to go Majin and so Buu just stays trapped. Vegeta also never acknowledges Goku as better. Without Buu, Goku isn't gonna need to desperately gather everyone for the ritual, but he's probably gonna do it anyways so he can have a rematch vs Beerus, only the fate of the world isn't at stake this time so it's more amicable. ROF goes about the same only Gohan doesn't have the dilemma of him possibly having been able to do something because he never unlocked his potential with Elder Kai. U6 and the Zamasu arc go entirely the same. During the ToP arc, Gohan gets brought to the Kai homeworld to train with Kibito and Shin, Piccolo gets dragged along too, and both get their potential unlocked by Elder Kai. Then they also get a light amount of God Ki training with Whis too and now both Gohan and Piccolo are on the same level as Goku Blue. Pretty much everything remains consistent up until Gohan and Piccolo vs Saonel and Pirina. This time, Gohan and Piccolo beat them down and they instead merge with Piccolo. When U7 has to go up against U4, U7 suffers no eliminations because Piccolo never gets eliminated by a bug. Then when it's U7 vs U3, Piccolo being there prevents Aniraza from being formed, so A18 is still in the ring for U7 vs U11. Gohan and Piccolo fight Toppo together while 17, 18 and Frieza team up to take down Dyspo. Dyspo is hard countered by 17(more so with 18 backing him up) so nobody gets eliminated there. Piccolo is actually equal to Justice Toppo so with Gohan helping, Toppo is put on his back foot. Then 17, 18 and Frieza all join in to gang up on Toppo and force him to unleash GoD mode. Toppo eliminates 18, but everyone else is just left cratered for the events of 126 to basically go unchanged. Since both Gohan and Piccolo are still in the ring, they help out with trying to fight Jiren, but 127 still goes down the same way. In 128, Goku ends up getting some energy from Gohan to stand while Vegeta and Piccolo get their crap kicked in. Piccolo and Gohan get eliminated, but Vegeta doesn't and gets the heck out of the way when UI Goku comes out. 129 and 130 play out the exact same way. Vegeta and Frieza team up on Tired Jiren and finally eliminate him, leaving 17 as the only conscious contestant. TL;DR, Vegeta getting SSJ2 in the Time Chamber doesn't exactly change much.

Depends on how strong he perceives Cell to be probably. Goku decided against it initially when he came out and teleported to Cell to scout him out. If Cell is much stronger, then I cant see Goki being THAT reckless.
