yes. it has already happened. that's why as the earth gets older, everything changes, like the size and height of humans, the height and size of trees,the size of animals, the difference in food, the size of insects and there genetic make-up and ect. when earth changes, we and anything that is able to change to adapt, will change. like the huge landmass(pangea) that once was, does not exist anymore, do to the earth changing and split it up into different sections as we know now as "different countries", north america, south america, Africa, Canada, ext. its called evolution.

Fun fact, air is what causes the stuff to fall gravity is part of it though, without the gravity stuff would not be pulled down, when something drops, the air particles try and slow an object down, but the more mass an object has the faster it falls, that is why when you drop a feather and a lego brick on the moon it falls at the same rate

Well, at first, we would be stronger due to the weaker gravitational field! For some time, however short or long, we would be able to carry 2x what we could carry before, jump 2x higher than we could before.... if you can lift 100kg now, then you could lift 200kg with the same effort and that 100kg would now feel like carrying 50kg! If you can jump 1 foot, then you could jump 2 feet! Your muscles and bones are not physically stronger but it will appear that way because of the less resistance or the less gravity pulling on your body!
