Imagine Earth with an even 50/50 split between continents and oceans. Our planet covered half by land half by water. How would this change the planet as you know it? What new kinds of vacations could this make possible for you? And what does the color of your pee have to do with this?

It has been thought that most earth-like planets found in the habitable zone will be about half land half sea. Also, there is a suggestion based upon the makeup of the moons Ganymede and Callisto, that some watery seas may be hundreds of miles deep. There will probably be mostly water and mostly land worlds, but perhaps not as often as the happy medium.

If Earth were half land and half water, it would likely have a significant impact on the planet's climate and ecosystems. The distribution of water and land affects weather patterns and ocean currents, which play a major role in regulating temperature and precipitation. Additionally, the proportion of land and water also determines the types of plants and animals that can survive in different regions. Without land to support terrestrial life, the diversity of species would likely be greatly reduced. Additionally, it would be difficult for human civilization to sustain itself if the majority of the planet's surface was covered in water.

I think this would a be epic thing to encounter. Not the bad encounters like climate change and stuff. On the other side of the world where there’s nothing but land would be more like an infinite Minecraft flat plane. People would struggle with peeing regularly. The only chance you’re getting with water is rain climates. People will have to go outside and collect fresh rain and the world was grow cause of water and sunlight from the sky.

I am not expecting this is going to be: WHAT IF WE DRAIN SOME OF OUR WATERS TO MAKE EARTH 50% LAND AND 50% COVERED IN WATER.

I can imagine a planet similar to planet:Earth, that has 50% land to it, and has 50% water to it.

This channel realized me one thing: If any unbalanced thing happened in our planet even a little bit as millisecond, all the world would be a mess.

We should have like twice the amount of mountains, assuming plate tectonics still exists.
