First problem: I put the time machine back in the capsule after leaving it.

I certainly would’ve asked Goku to come with me to the future just once, so he could instant transmission me to New Namek and ask the Namekians to resurrect Piccolo and the others. I have no idea why he never did this.

So like the Reincarnated as Yamcha manga?

This is terrifying and I love it. Whatever What-If juice Yama is feeding you and Haverok, it's working. Ideally, I would try to fight Goku Black or whoever this is, but in as cautious a manner as possible to gain information. Then, I would use a Solar Flare to blind him before jumping back into the time machine and returning to my own time to tell Bulma what happened.

Hero of Time, eh? So Trunks is Link now, Masako? Lol

What a nice change! You really have talent for first person storytelling. The atmosphere, the mystery, the intrigue. I am forced to analyse situation, to theorise about what could happen next, it's amazing! That is a breath of fresh air into your what if formula. I am definitely looking forward to more of this.

No lie this gave me chills just finding out what happened and all of it being in our perspective. You are great at conveying that to us and without spoiling the end of the video omg I had chills finding this out and the apocalyptic world always makes me feel tense when done right and you did it very well I would love to see more what if’s of this nature

Basically pre-Android Saga Future Trunks travelled to a timeline where Black exists for no reason. This video in my opinion have no point, regardless of your narrative, that is very good like always, Masako. At least this Black will also get defeated by Zeno too.

I have to say, you’ve got quite a knack for storytelling using this kind of format. The atmosphere and the slow buildup of tension were fantastically handled. I definitely wouldn’t mind seeing more of this on occasion.

I was not expecting that twist with you know who. It's an interesting concept to have you as the character be put into a random scenario. Especially with the well executed narration.

I have this really cool ideal; You know those goosebumps books that allows you to read through chapters and let you choose choices and it places you at the chapter of said choice you made and how it'll turn out? Make those as time stamps and then we can choose whether or not we'd want to go back to the time machine or fight goku black. Either way, this was an interesting experience and I'd like too see more of where this is coming from.

This needed more fan interaction. Perhaps shorter stories with decision poles or something to build the plot up over time.

I like the descriptive language kept me more emerged in the story and it is a nice way to mix it up i think more like this would be good but not every what if video sometimes i just want to heard the play by play of events❤️

I was enthralled the whole time. It gave the story such a good suspense that I honestly was caught by surprise by the ending. I would so love more What Ifs like this!!!

I like it, its really interesting. But I feel you should change it to where its you. MasakoX born as a saiyan or as trunks or gohan or goten. Like all the isekai anime/manga popping up. You transmigrated/reincarnated into the dbz world with all your knowledge of events and stuff and you're tryna navigate it towards the best ending.

MasakoX: What if I was Trunks? Me: I'd use the Gravity Spaceship Grandpa Briefs invented or my mother could have re-engineered to train to SSJ2, then defeat #17 & #18 without having to travel to the past.

While I think I prefer the usual format, it was an interesting and refreshing experiment that I really wouldn't mind you using some of the times if you come up with other such stories you feel like telling. You're a very good storyteller for sure!

Me, when I time travel only to find an Earth devoid of humans and keep getting a sense of dread: _Aight, I'm bout to head out. Back to my twisted future, I'm gonna get some gravity training._

That was a really great scenario. The way you described everything made it so immersive that by the end it was nerve inducing enough to actually be frightening. Sort of reminds me of that one episode of the Twilight Zone where the main character is the last man on Earth except with more Trunks.

I think at least it would be a good idea to continue the Ssj Vegeta and Ssj Kid Goku what ifs

I’ve always loved the idea of stories putting you as someone in a different universe, whether a new person or like this what-if that puts you into the shoes of a known character, good idea Masako good indeed.

Really should have saved this as a Halloween Special. Has those spook-story vibes to it.

It was pretty gripping and strangely relaxing to sit on the floor and just paint the picture of everything going on around me.

If I Were Future Trunks.... I'm not sure what to think about this

So I'm not sure how I feel about the new format. I mean it very much worked for this What If, I'm just not entirely sure I'd like all of the What Ifs to have this format.

This is a new intense story, would love another part!

Here's the thing 1. I would NEVER leave bulma un attended, that's my MOMMA and if I had to, I'd bring her with me, we can both squeeze in the pod together. 2. Leaving the time machine as it was is a big no no for me, I'd either pick that mug up or put it in its capsule, ad the moment I feel sumn is wrong I'd dip out and go back to my time. 3. Investigating the destroyed city, I'd take to the skies to get a better view and see if I can spot anyone. 4. I'm a gut feeling type of guy, the moment I feel something is wrong I'd DIP. 5. If i didnt already be back in my time When Goku black comes, I'd have questioned him while moving my arms alot, using body language and hand gestures, while he's off guard, I'd have used a ki blast from 1 of those gestures aimed at my time machine, or gotten close to him, putting my arm around him and acting like a friend, I'd have shoved him into 1 of the legs of the time machine and hit it with a finish buster, blowing up the Time machine and hopefully damaging him SOMEWHAT in the process. 1 thing is for sure tho, the moment I got ANY bad vibes about the place, I'd have BEEN left that mug😂

I like this new direction. Also, the way you narrated it and how things went with this story is kind of unnerving

Personally, I would have went back to my time machine instead of going to Goku's house. As soon as there was no one home and no the notes stopping suddenly at the wrong time I would have just been like "Cool, mission failed." and bailed.

Hey Masako? This was a really good idea... I found myself getting sucked into it... The only thing... Was that just as I'd get really deep into it? An ad would break my concentration. I'm unsure as to how much control you have over where they pop up, but maybe have the ad after the intro monologue, and then after the story? Having it during prevented me from getting SUPER deep into it... Still got my heart racing though... Well done!

I do have some thoughts. 1. Would Goku's body be able to handle Zamasu's power? In that time frame Goku didn't even know Kao-ken. Or Instant Transmission. If Zamasu did anything, I think Goku's body would just explode. While taking into consideration, I can see curiosity getting the better of me momentarily, before realizing that no ones alive, and leaving after not even leaving the area of the time machine. Can't pick up power levels, no humans, nothing? Time to pack up and move on. Also the bit at the end.. I thought something was wrong with the video and you got cut off. Very well done.
