Susanoo doesn't increase the users speed. Just an annoying little detail the fanfic seems to have forgot. The entire fight between Naruto and Sasuke was just "I'm stronger" "No I'M stronger" "NO I'M STRONGER" again and again and again. It was just an annoying fight This fanfic started off okay. Then the fight happened and that was dumb. And now it's just going down hill, it is just becoming worse and worse as it continues
