SORRY , no one getting equal rights , North Indians are consistently trying to establish their culture in North-east and South India . They have already destroyed the supremacy of traditional Tripuri people in Tripura and trying to do the same in Assam . Are Not Less Developed Than South. Some Are Even More Developed. And These States Are Real North India. States Like Up, Bihar, Jharkhand Are In Eastern Side. And MP is Central India. North Side is no Less Developed Than South. But, The Thing Is Eastern Side have so much problems. It takes some time.
