What If Super Mario Party Jamboree Had Rare Items? 

I can imagine Vernias shouting this. He's gonna tell Nick to jump into the Goomba Volcano. Would be 10 times funnier if Sophist pissed him off earlier that stream so he tells him to be a goomba with Sophist.

I agree with it affecting the other 3 players, but there has to be a risk to the item like he says so I think there has to be a chance that you also get affected like revolution, shuffle, give 10 coins to your opponents and stuff.

Yeah to be fair some boards like Space Land, Woody Woods, and from this game Goomba Lagoon, and Rainbow Galleria can get really annoying if theres some cosmic reason why you can't get to the star and the Golden Pipes make it more fair. Rainbow Galleria makes it more fair, locking the Golden Pipe behind the lottery and the Golden Goomba (I'm thinking some of these rare items could be sold in a store in Galleria but at a very small percentage at the Super Shop or the Peepa shop to make it more rare. Or create another event where you can fish in the fountain, where it's mechanically similar to the one in Goomba Lagoon, mostly fishing coins, but a small chance to fish an item, even smaller chance for a rare item).

It was kind of a necessary sacrifice to nerf the Bowser Phone. If this were Pro Rules, you'd be choosing someone to instantly lose a star FOR FREE.

If their past history is anything to go by, it most likely won't happen. Mario Party Superstars and the original Super Mario Party were crying out for DLC! Nintendo would rather charge full price for a new game than release DLC...well, excluding like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
