The problem with doing something like that is it would take a long time to make with very few views comparatively. Though to do that you'd need to hop into the ottoman Market and Start stealing their Population from them, and then just spend the whole game waiting on technologies.
Not currently no, I've been meaning to make a Discord server, but other things keep getting in the way, I run 3 channels, work a Job and do college full time at the moment. Eventually I will get a discord up and running but it may take a second.
