With the introduction of Cross-Generational Evolutions, Mega Evolutions, Regional Evolutions over the years, I can actually see this being introduced within a future generation. Gamefreak could even follow these lines as having a region focused around scientific advancement and have more than just the Eeveelutions undergo this phenomenon.

I think Thunderous Roar should increase Drukeus' special attack rather than Physical Attack.

I always thought it was weird that eevee could evolve based on the time of day and whether or not it has a fairy move, and yet the stones aren't effected by this. I'd love to see night forms, day fairy forms, and night fairy forms for all the stone eeveelutions (if we assume all the normal versions are day no fairy forms)

This is legitimately the best group of fakemon I’ve ever seen. Usually fakemon just don’t have the real Pokémon vibe, but these designs would be amazing even if directly imported into the game. I also absolutely love the concept. 10/10

The mention of Espeon's evolution's appearance also made me think of a mythological creature I became aware of this past year, the Aralez. The Aralez is a creature from Armenian mythology; it's described as a winged dog that descends from the heavens to revive fallen heroes by licking their wounds. And given some of the dog-like traits of the Eevee family, it doesn't seem too out of place to think you ended up referencing something you didn't know you were referencing until later; I've heard of actual Pokemon being that case a few times. But there are so many creatures from world mythology that go untapped, and I think it could be interesting to see the Aralez, a creature from Armenian mythology, get a bit more attention since it seems pretty obscure on the world stage.

As someone who's come to love Glaceon as my favourite Eeveelution, Diameus is my favourite from this video but all of these fan made Eeveelutions were equally cool 😁👍

This reminds me how I used to theorise that the eeveelutions evolved into the legendary birds when I was really young seeing as the original three (almost) shared types with them (thank you TCG making ice be part of water type) And when I saw Lugia and Espeon were both psychic it seemed almost confirmed (I managed to ignore Umbreon and Ho-Oh not sharing a type though lol)

Giving them all the suffix "-eus" is gen-eus!

12:08, Nyx and Erebus may have many children based on negative conotations, but their most famous son is actually a very positive being-Hypnos, the god of sleep and perfectly reflects Umbreon, which is a dark type pokemon without the evil associated with it.

The Sylveon Fairy-Fighting evolution gives me nostalgia for the lead up to Gen6. To those who weren’t around at the time: Sylveon was revealed before the existence of the Fairy Type and for a while its type was a mystery. I remember a lot of fans were speculating that it was a fighting type like Mienshao due to the ribbons. In retrospect, it seems kinda silly, but people were making all sorts of predictions from bug, to normal, to dragon; fighting type seemed like a decent guess for those who weren’t convinced they were gonna add a fairy type.

I love the idea of evolving the ones we have. For the typings I’d want Vaporeon- Water/Rock Jolteon- Electric/Steel Flareon- Fire/Poison Espeon- Psychic/Fighting Umbreln- Dark/Ghost Glaceon- Ice/Flying Leafeon- Grass/Ground Sylveon- Fairy/Dragon

How I'd personally balance Thunderous Roar is make it similar to No Retreat..It boosts attack, paralyzes your enemy, but can only be used once. It's like a dramatic entrance for it! I think the paralyzation also makes sense as roars can have that effect, for example tigers have been known to cause a paralyzing effect on prey and people when it roars too close to you; I'm sure a dragon could have the same effect with it's roar (except more literal paralyzation as it's a electric type).. Btw I love the design and concepts of ALL of them!! ❤

ngl, love a lot of these choices, they honestly just really work the only one that I feel is a bit odd is Sylveon, mostly cause I always felt Sylveon was more inspired from a magical girl aesthetic. And funny thing is that like, Fairy/Fighting would still work for a magical girl version of sylveon. The aura thing would still work as well, just maybe on a more advanced level.

If you ask me, Ethereus seems to take more of an inspiration from the sirens than the mermaids since they use their hypnotic singing voices to lure sailors to their deaths.

I'm imagining that these "-eus" evolutions are about as large as the legendary dogs (Raiku, Suicune, Entei) making them seem that much closer to the legendary status.

I have another idea, to get those extra eeveelutions, you need to give an eeveelution the new item the Awakened Stone and it will evolve an eeveelution further into their missing forms (this is just an idea I like to think for fun)

this is actually kinda interesting cause i always pair up the eeveelutions with another type (either tera type, or hidden power) vaporeon ghost, flareon fighting, jolteon dragon, umbreon poison, espeon rock, glaceon steel, leafeon ground, and sylveon (actually i do poison for sylveon as well but the 2nd one i do is flying)

Glacion is my favorite eeveelution, and Diancie is my favorite legendary Pokémon. Fusing them into Diameus is such a solid and cool idea. Though, that type combo is such a liability. I'd keep it as a companion and never let it battle, out of fear my precious baby would just shatter.

I honestly love the evolution idea! Wish I had come up with that when thinking about my region. But I had a similar idea making veevee variants that have other pokemon looks and dual types incorporated into their design. My Espeon has the same typing, but Sigilyph characteristics with the split tail resembling wings.

Zepheus is a beautiful design, and I also noticed a reference in it's 3 tails. Remember Polterkitty from Luigi's Mansion 3? They're exactly alike!

Hey, just so you’re aware, “qilin,” the mythical beast you referenced in the Drukeus section early on, is pronounced closer to “chi-lin.” I know that runs counter to how q works in English but in romanized Chinese, q typically makes a “ch” sound.

4:49 there are a lot of broken things in vgc, so i doubt this would be out of place, but even if it was, an easy change to make would be that the paralysis has to be successful in order to get the attack boost. so, if you use thunderous roar into an electric type or an already paralzyed pokemon, it will fail.

So I plan to do this for all the missing types pairing with the existing eevee types. I’m waiting for my friend to send me the designs, but I also evolved all the existing Pokémon to include eevee. I plan to make it a tiktok series! Here are the concepts: Eevee-> Eon (Normal/ghost) The Ethereal Pokémon Base stat total of 600 Ability: Phantom Fist (Contact moves can’t miss or be protected) All others will have a BST of 575 Jolteon-> Electreon (Electric/Flying) The Atomic Cloud Pokémon Ability: Delta Stream Flareon-> Plumeon (Fire/Rock) The Lava Rock Pokemon Ability: Red Hot (Contact moves have 35% chance to burn and/or lower opponents defense) Vaporeon-> Murkyeon (Water/Ground) The Swamp Mirage Pokémon Ability: Purify (water moves are super effective against poison/water/ghost types) Espeon-> Venespeon (Psychic/Poison) The Psy-Scorp Pokémon Ability: Misty Haze (triggers heal bell and safeguard on switch in) Umbreon-> Wereon (Dark/Fighting) The Lunar Wolf Pokemon Ability: Sword of Ruin Leafeon-> SirStemeon (Grass/Steel) The Grassy Knight Pokémon Ability: Forest Protection (Immune to stat decrease and status effects) Glaceon-> Wyntereon (Ice/Dragon) The fallen Angel Pokémon Ability: Whiteout (summons snow and sets up Aurora veil) Sylveon-> Pixieon (Fairy/Bug) Pixie Butterfly Pokémon Ability: Pixie Presence (Permanent Misty Terrain but doubles fairy type moves)

I’m of the belief that Capsakid wasn’t supposed to be given a fire stone and it mutates it into a messed up Pokémon cause of that. If anything it makes sense here that a second stone or a Pokémon around them could mess with the belief that Eevee’s DNA was stabilized

I like the idea of having gyms based around each of these Pokémon’s typing, possibly starting with a weaker type combo like ice rock and then having the last gym be fairy fighting. Also the evelutions not having level constraints would mean you could have the first gym only have these evolved evolutions and it would still be fairly balanced maybe

This literally makes so much sense! When ever I think of umbreon I always wanted to fuse it with ghost, but the way you did it makes it so much better, I also love the various mythology references! I love learning about all different kinds of mythology, and it genuinely made me so happy to see all the different ones you used in making these designs, thank you!!

When he brought up the Regis. I realized aside from a regice they're all physical types. The Regis could have been the physical counterparts to the eeveelutions being the special types.

I LOVE Diameus id give it the ability filter to help that ice/rock typing 😭 and although I like diamond dust if it had stats similar to glaceon a combination of counter/mirror coat and magic coat for the signature move would definitely make this mon viable ❤️

Brilliant video, as always. Fans would die if this was made canon. I worry that the evolutions being ‘awoken’ by another Pokemon’s DNA is too complicated; there’s just too many other Pokemon for possible combinations, when the core concept is the type, rather than the Pokemon itself. I feel another approach could be to give the eeveelutions a synthesized substrate that has been distilled from evolution stones (or something), and that epigenetics means that certain eeveelutions have greater capacity for certain type evolution activations (such as Vaporeon for ghost, etc.). This would tie in the original theory re eeveelutions, the laboratory, the lack of infinite dual-type evolutions and explain why the dual types we see exist. Look forward to more content! ❤

Diameus I absolutely love diameus and sahareus!! Such beautiful designs

I always thought dual type Eeveelutions would be best implemented though Breeding. Where if you breed two different Eeveelutions together you get a mix of their types. For example a Flareon and an Umbreon would net you a fire/Dark type. If you breed two of the same type together or with another pokémon would would get the standard Eevee. Also for lore reasons and to help explain why you don't see it very often, Duel type Eeveelutions would be unable to breed.

Neat. I posted my own ideas for this in one of your other videos on evolutions. "Personally I think we need a final Eeveelution and stage two Eeveelutions that are all dual types with one of the remaining 9 types. Jolteon- Electric, Typheon (Typhon, Typhoon)- Electric/Flying (good type combo, fits with the storm theme) Flareon- Fire, Vermileon (red color associated with fire)- Fire/Dragon (it's an Eeveelutionary Red Dragon, still has a fabulous mane and tail, but now it waves with radiant heat) Vaporeon- Water, Eroseon (running water causes erosion)- Water/Ground (rivers, sediments, pressure cutters, solid typing) Espeon- Psychic, Eldeon (bigger fluffier sleepier rough old psychic cat)- Psychic/Normal (Decent type combo, an Espeon that has become older, and though it's body tires more easily its mind is stronger than ever) Umbreon- Dark, Fadeon (to fade away from vision and from life)- Dark/Ghost (Great typing, an Umbreon that doesn't use the darkness, it is the darkness, also now Eviolite Umbreon can plague our days) Leafeon- Grass, Iveon (poison and parasitic ivies)- Grass/Poison (Decent typing, and what else would the poison ivy pokemon be, Dark? It's taken by Umbreon's line.) Glaceon- Ice, Solideon (solidity, hardening, crystal structure)- Ice/Steel (lets face it that's the least defensively shitty type combo for Ice available here, and it works thematically) Silveon- Fairy, Silkeon (silk is produced by bugs, and this former Silveon now conceals its many butterfly winged ribbon antennae and body under layers of colorful silk ribbons)- Fairy/Bug (conversely to Glaceon adding Bug to the excellent Fairy actually makes it worse, but it's getting Quiver Dance so something had to balance that out.) Heaveon (the New Eeveelution, an Eevee that got into heavy work and bulked up, has a large square jaw for holding onto things it pulls, a great fluffy mane atop its head for cushioning when it pushes, and a strong stout body and legs, it could be intimidating, but they have the natural temperment of a humble, earnest farmer and are difficult to provoke unduly)- Fighting (the Muscle type, also one of the last two remaining types, HP 130, Atk 110, Def 95, SAtk 60, SDef 65, Spd 65), Maseon (mason, a stoneworker, has hard, stone-like armor protecting its head, back, and sides, three different sized chisel-like claws on its forelegs, spade like digging claws on its hind legs, and a hammer-like knob on the end of its tail)- Fighting/Rock (the remaining type, and every type combo is one that has been done before which was a little side goal of mine when thinking these up. Despite them all being *new* Eeveelutions *none* would have novel typing. Though the new line is the only one with a combo that hasn't been on a regular Pokemon yet, only the legendary Terrakion.)" The stage 2s have their base stats updated as follows: 130 -> 130 (no change 130 is plenty good already) 110 -> 115 (110 was also pretty good so no great change) 95 -> 100 (I'm not making the evos much better at what they already do well) One 65 -> 85 The other 65 -> 80 60 -> 75 BST 525 -> 585 You threw some shade at Bug, but imagine Silveon with Hp 100, Atk 80, Def 85, SAtk 115, SDef 130, Spd 75, and Quiver Dance.

I absolutely love the ideas of dual type eeveelutions(although you are nit the first one to make them) and the fact to you used other pokemon's dna is a really cool touch! I love Saharius and Diameus!

Oh these are so cool! Actually earlier this year too friends of mine put on an eeveesona23 challenge where we were challenge to make dual-type eeveelutions. And I actually made a fairy bug type myself, so thought it was kinda funny you mentioned 'except bug' XD there were a lot of really really cool entries but unfortunately most of the best ones just ended up being posted to discord and not insta.

I really like the idea of eeveelutions getting dual-typed evolutions, would fill out the missing types in a unique way. But what if instead of leaving out a type (here bug) there was one new special eeveelution with the same stats as the second stages to completely finish things off? Could be the dragon one, where what activated the evolution is considered so powerful it would essentially skip the "-eon" stage.Then bug would be given to one of the others

Actually, when I was listening to the new Leafeon’s dex entry you made, I got a new idea for a move Shape Up The user whips the targeted Pokémon into shape with its steely extensions. This move cuts the target’s HP by 50% in exchange for a 2 stage Stat Boost to Attack, Sp.Atk and Speed (Kinda like if you mixed Belly Drum and Shell Smash together) It’s really risky, but if pulled off right, could seal victory in battle
