What if the HUMANS Became ANDROIDS? (Full Story) 

I genuinely forgot about that one Dabura scene being in here

The way android/cyborg technology is portrayed in the series seems like it has very few actual consequences. The only reason Lapis and Lazuli were upset about it was because they were unwillingly kidnapped. Unlike other bleaker stories the androids appear to be maintain their bodily senses, fertility, and emotions. It functions effectively as a wish for great strength, eternal youth, and limitless energy… Why wouldn’t you want to become an android if you could???

You missed a detail, Yamcha becoming an android would absolutely kill his baseball career. No way he would pass a medical check up with his body being half metal.

I always imagine Vegeta/Tien will say to each other "You know what? You are less annoying than Kakarot/Goku" at least once in this scenario.

Finally a story that actually makes side characters relevant to the story

I like how if you only watch 4:26 to 4:41 out of context, Tien, Krillin and Yamcha are doing something very different

I’m pretty sure the reason tien can’t use his mind eye is bc its mean for good, and he trained under the evil crane school so that being said training under a righteous god would either way likely reawaken his “godlike sight”

Something I always questioned about the androids. If they have infinite energy, can they sleep? If not, wouldn't they develop Insomnia? I'd imagine thier mood would be along the lines of Alphonse Elric from Full Metal Alchemist.

A line about asking Master Roshi to become an android. Just for him to say " Are you kidding?! This body has been snagging babes for years. Why would I go an ruin it? Heeeeeeh heh heh heh" Would have been funny.

I like how salad loves to make vegeta incredibly chaotic in his what-ifs

I always thought of an evolution of the KIkoho where Tien would create his two extra arms and form a square with his four hands, and as per usual fires a circle ki formation.

This is series is a masterpiece and make me a huge fan for tien

I kind of thought we were building up to a Tien and Vegeta fusion. I mean Tien could have Kai earrings since he's an apprentice of one. Not to mention that kind of fusion might be even stronger than Gogeta/Vegito since there's so many complimentary abilities there. Tien's perception, techniques, and infinite stamina combined with Vegeta's SS Blue god ki would be an incredible combo that might even overwhelm Giren. Hell between the two of them they might even be able to get ultra instinct.

I feel Gohan should be stronger since he did more training and has ssj3

Okay, I got an interesting ‘What If’ for ya. What if, Salad Saiyan stopped killing off Majin Buu in all of his ‘what ifs?’

If they did learn Kaioken as androids, I could see the biggest problem being their power cores overheating.

I honestly love your work in creating these alternate scenarios and would love to see them all professionally animated by the creators of the dragon ball series

This is definitely a fun concept but Tien would never do this in my opinion....Yamcha probably would and Krillin is a maybe and a possible, but it would be out of character for Tien.... still this is fun as hell to imagine!

The androids energy could totally be absorbed. They were able to give it to a spirit bomb, so why couldn't it be absorbed?

Here's an idea for a what if: What If the Namekians stayed on earth. Perhaps using concepts from Dragon Ball Online could help. Like a Dark Namekian Arc: an all out civil war between non corrupted Namekians and the corrupted Dark Namekians and having the main villian be a Dark Namekian who fused with all of his fellow Dark Namekians.

In all honesty... Android Krillian would be legit overpowered. He could infinitely spam Destructo Disk. He has no excuse not to do this now that his energy is infinite lol.

Tenshinhan has a third eye because he is a descendent of the Three-Eyed People. The Three-Eyed People are an ancient group of aliens. They are never seen in the series, but they have been mentioned in the Daizenshuu books and several other sources so tech he is alien so its not a therory its facts :))

I was really really hoping that Goku would’ve unlocked SSJ4 in Otherworld and stacked that with Kaio Ken. Having everyone go down different paths from each other would’ve been super super cool! Maybe this is an idea for a follow up series? Who knows! I just think Goku having SSJ4 would’ve been awesome in this storyline. That stacked with Kaio Ken or even God Ki would’ve been amazing!

In the Universe 6 tourny you had Ten hid his power by lowering it, but as an android it would not be sensed anyway.

The story of kriliin getting modified 18: Ready for round 10 Krillin:*mind* mabye Ten was right infinite energy would be benifitial

it reminds me of yamcha in dbmultiverse, where he's android 17 in universe 9...

*Vegeta looks at Trunks* Vegeta: "FOUR WHOLE MORE ANDROIDS?!" Trunks: "Listen, i couldnt know that these guys wou-" Vegeta: "YOU FU***** FAILURE!"

Now im curious to see what would happen if Goku and vegeta became androids of course its virtually impossible because of who they are but it would be interesting non the less

An idea for you combining two themes from this one into a very simple what-if. What if humans had a super-transformation?

I like this version of events more. The multiverse tournament as well. Honestly, DBZ has pretty much only been about winning a fight for the longest time. But seeing the bigger picture, and even though they lost to Jiren, they still succeeded in a different way. Feels refreshing.

I think that this is something that should be legitimately considered for the series. This is a perfect way to keep the humans relevant.

I mean is it just me or are the Humans a but underpowered here.. I mean like mentioned in the video Android 17 & 18 were regular humans when they were given enhancements meaning that powered up humans like Yamcha, Tien, and Krillen would see even greater enhancements.. plus as we learn in Super if the Androids train they can grow to almost god levels of power. 17 presumably "trains" by himself on his island reserve ever since the Cell games (7 or 8 years) and is basically equivalent to Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Golden Frieza.. which as we know Goku and Vegeta both got massive power boosts from god ki. Meaning Android 17 was likely as strong as a super Saiyan god when Beerus went to earth and was possibly as strong as Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta when Frieza shows up for revenge.. making the Humans androids literally would make them pretty much OP until Super roles around especially if they trained like they did in early dragon ball z.

Amazing What If loved the ending different from the others but still a great ending :D Was kinda hoping to see What If an Android fighter had their Potential Unleashed(Mystic/Ultimate) by Old Kai. Only thing I think would be different than you portrayed would be that o think the humans would still have ki, whatever they had when they became androids wouldn't just disappear, and I think it would be this ki specifically, their organic ki, that would be multiplied by the kaio-ken. I don't think 17 or 18 could multiply their strength with the kaio-ken. This would still be a nice boost, it just wouldn't be insanely broken like it was in this. This was an awesome idea by the way. I really enjoyed it.
