My horse is, (I feel) prone to having bad teeth. He was given to me when he was 2, he already had an infection on his molars and a huge abscess on his right sinus. He was a baby, from I don’t know how long, going around with an infection and abscess! Till I got him. Got the tooth out, abscess drained. Through his sinuses and his abscess. He still wasn’t out of the woods. He had more infected teeth. He also has a parrot bite. I got his infected teeth removed. Now, at going on five, he is having a problem eating. He’s quidding his hay/grass. His grain is watered down. He takes a chunk of that and it seems like it’s coming out the sides and not going in his mouth. But, he is somehow getting it down. It’s strange, how he’s doing it. His top front incisor is blackened and I don’t know if that’s bothering him. I have an appointment with my vet. I hate seeing him like this.:(
