I have had three and each time it felt like a regular canker sore but wouldn’t heal and then after a week or two I felt the bone and it eventually just came off the gum but it hurt a lot till it was gone
Mine just has which is what prompted me to look into this lol. I had two and one was pretty big been at the surface since day 1. I thought my dentist didn’t take it out because maybe it was a piece of jawbone or something and the socket would close over it but just now it loosened up and fell out after a bit of nudging with my fingers.
