I lost my wife of 38 years. It has been hard since her passing. Sue was saved by Jesus. I am saved by Jesus but the hurt is there but she is in heaven with Jesus I am happy for that. His will not mine. God words help a soul to heal. Keep up the good word and work amen.
Let us not justify our refusal to refrain ourselves from habitually sinning by calling ourselves *carnal Christians* We're not deceiving God; we're only deluding ourselves.

Lord Jesus, you know that of myself I can do nothing without you. Father please give me strength. These past three years have been difficult on me I am weak. Please give me strength. At times I feel so alone especially as a single mom. Since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed and discouraged. I’m still struggling to support my children and myself. Being a single mom is challenging. Especially because both of my sons are autistic and now that I’m homeschooling them my hours to work are limited. But even as I struggle to pay rent and I struggle to buy groceries. I KEEP FAITH! Lord please protect me and my sons from homelessness. Amen.

It means you cannot live how you want to and expect to get to heaven. Yes Jesus died for our sins but we are called to repentance meaning to be obedient. Only God is perfect but truly being born again means you are no longer of the world

I just came back to Jesus after letting myself misled by a female friend that wasn't a believer in Jesus she was very toxic to be around I started not caring about church or the Bible or fellowshipping with others but now I am no longer friends with toxic people and back on track with God

Because after seeing the video sometimes I wonder if I really am going to Heaven because I still struggle with certain issues. I struggle with doubt and loneliness. I even struggle with people in my family who hold things against me, even when I tell them about God's forgiveness and repentance. But everytime I pray and read 📖 my Bible and have fellowship with other believers, I sense God's Grace and Mercy in Christ Jesus through the Holy Spirit
If we are born of God, then we are not adopted by God as well as we cannot be unborn. John 1:12-13, We are born of God if we receive Christ, not adopted. John 3, Just as we cannot go back into our mother’s womb and be born again physically, once we are born of God we cannot be born of God a second time. We can experience spiritual death and later experience resurrection.
I've been struggling with something Christian family. I've been a backsliden Christian I have woken up and am ready to give my life to Christ. I'm realizing it's much harder to get to heaven than originally thought. I've have a girlfriend that I plan to marry, the problem is she's not saved. I'm aware of being unequally yoked but I'm pretty sure that's not a sin, more of a suggestion. I believe God brought us together for a reason. I believe God will work through me to get her saved. I pray for her daily. I love her and don't want to give up on her. Plus, I'd rather be married than to go back out in the sinful dating world. Should I get married rather than start over? I'm aware that it's harder to pull up than to be pushed down but knowing what I know now, I cannot be pushed down. Plus, we can't have children. What should I do...
I became a Christian about 4 years ago when he delivered me from drugs. I am ashamed to admit I keep back sliding into pornography. No matter what I do I can’t beat this addiction😢
From what I've heard, completely leaving porn is much harder than drugs. We have a sexuality, and usually, those exposed to porn are when they're very young. It's more addictive than drugs, actually. God understands and wants to help you out. I'm not fully free of it myself, but am making progress. Please don't shame yourself after watching this video. Don't let conviction turn to shame and make you hate yourself. God loves you, just as much right now. His love and kindness brings us out of sinful lifestyles, but you need to take it day by day. He refines us daily. All of us battling it can beat it with God's help, and others. Keep in your Word, prayer, church/community, having accountability, and doing whatever it takes to keep making progress. You are so loved by God, and just the fact you want out of it says to me that you're a Christian. Unbelievers wouldn't want to leave it at all. I commend you for being honest as so many people, even Christians struggle with this. All of my friends who have told me it was or still is a very long process to fully escape it. Don't give up! I'll be praying for you.
I just wanted to share briefly of how Jesus has delivered me from all sexual immorality. I had to repent from it all. He wanted me to get away from sin. Me and my boyfriend had been together but living in fornication for years . I was a mess 💔 masterbating and watching pornography while he was at work . The Lord had me stop watching porn to just masterbating even while I was pregnant.After I was done I felt empty like a poured out glass . I promised the Lord if he got me through this pregnancy and birth I would stay celibate until marriage and stop masterbating. I threw it all away toys videos etc. It was hard but he delivered me from it. I just wanted to share because he will deliver you. I recommend fasting and praying. God bless you he loves you as your are but doesn’t want you to stay as you are. Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, But a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised." - Proverbs 31:30
I dont think i can ever really run away from my addiction to lewd content. Its my comfort and my biggest Sin I feel. As I get older i feel im trying harder to minimize it in my life and I know its god trying to help me. I care nothing for this life and only wish to be good while I can. I pray God can forgive me returning to this addiction because I know i cant do this without him and I pray he is building me up to have the will to toss this habit and find a better way for me to spend that time to serve him. I pray that you too will find the help and willpower you need and everyone else who struggles.
you speak with passion and wisdom my friend, but it is very clear from many times in the bible that being sealed with the Holy Spirit [HS], one must be repent & be baptised, then you will receive the gift of the HS. I got saved when I was 12 then i started running away from Jesus when i was 13. Now i am 15. Listen guys im afraid, truly, I know I shouldn't be but I am. Because now I actually am trying to turn back to christ but I just dont know if he wants me anymore, I feel like I made him wait too long. It's been 2 years and now I just...😔 there is great shame in my heart. One person says, "that person cant be forgiven!" and the other person says, "he can be forgiven!". Idk...I'm just gonna have to trust in Jesus with this, because he is the way, the truth and the life.
Outside of the desire to know God and feeling strong empathy and feeling deep conviction, is there any other way you would know if the spirit is in you? I mean everyone made this big deal when I was a kid saying you feel different that instant, like an explosion happening. I never felt such a thing. I've walked a dark path, from others causing in childhood, to habitual rubbisj, and mental health, but always believed in God. In fact, one of the reasons I never took my oen life bc I vowed to God I wouldn't. 6 years since I was last suicidal. I've matured in my faith very much, but one habitual sin, from childhood happenings, still linger and I fight always. I'm just trying to understand things, bc I sometimes feel so much guilt I question my salvation, even knowing what the Word says.

Ive been a Christian for 7 years and a Carnal Christian for 3 but I want to come back and love God and have a relationship with Him I dont want to sin but I have little to no self control especially over 1 certain sin please pray for me Also is there a way to know if im in the prable of the sower as opposed to a real Christian ?
Real Christians care about their sin and do everything they can to escape it. Certain sins are extremely difficult to stop unless particular actions are taken. Yes, these verses in the video are true, but I believe carnal Christians don't make any progress at all, they're just stuck and need to come back. But, real Christians will do everything they can, with God's strength, to leave sinful lifestyles. This doesn't mean it'll go away overnight. Please don't think that, because we all have things to work on as Christians, all of us. No one is a perfect Christian. Real doesn't mean perfect. It means yielding to the Spirit, and when you miss the mark, to keep going back to the Lord and asking for forgiveness. This should lead you out of sin, but again, even after you are free of this particular sin, that doesn't mean you won't have something to work on. We'll continue to be refined and pruned as long as we're on this earth. Lukewarm Christians don't really care about their sin and leaving it. If you are a real Christian, you will care and will be taking the necessary steps to leave it. Keep in your Word, in intimate prayer, in community and church, and any practical steps you have to take. Is there anything you need to give up radically in order to make more progress? I'll be praying for you on this journey because it is hard and again, won't necessarily be gone overnight unless God does a miracle. You are so loved by the Lord!
@abbykittle5058 Well this is where I'm extremely confused because I do desire to leave my sin and have that relationship with Gid be Spirit filled etc and I've asked God for forgiveness and help plenty of times especially the first 5 years of my journey but as I say I kinda gave up for about 2 years I jever really stopped caring but I was living in defeat partly because I wasn't sure if I was really a Christian and God wasn't answering me etc because I asked so many times and nothing changed no strength to stop its very strange I sometime wonder if I'm in the parable of the sower but then people tell me if I was I wouldn't still care so I'm not sure 😔
@@Goldtaker23 I have a similar story where I was really stuck for a few years, and am recently making progress. Part of my problem was I wasn't open about trauma that happened to me in the past that was feeding my addiction. When I was open about those things, I started making more progress. I'm not perfect by any means, but I'm getting there. So, yes, if you do care, then it will be evident. Just know that you are loved by Christ. Sometimes, when we get stuck, we don't quite believe that God can truly love us after we sin, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. He loves us just as much and it's His love that brings us out of these things. And, if it's sexual in nature, trying to fight those temptations makes it worse, believe me. You have to flee them, which is easier said than done. I had to do something drastic and get a flip phone to lessen the temptation. Sometimes, we have to do something radical in order to make more progress. Keep getting back up, seeking Christ, and allowing His grace to grow you.
Even tho .we have been saved and Baptisted we as humans can still sin sometimes . So shouldn't we repent of anything we did or think that offended the Holy Spirit or God ? As we are not perfect as humans but only in God's eyes.

No it’s not impossible. The moment you accept Jesus as your savior you’re eternally saved. It can’t be undone, no matter what you do. I do believe that if you decide to live sinfully you’ll be chastened but you will NOT lose your salvation.
The gift of the Holy Spirit is Love, Compassion and Self Control, but God knows the struggle. Try your best to resist, but ask for forgiveness when you fall. We have the intentional act aware of the outcome, and we have the you did your best out of love, but you fell. But walk in spirit. Everything around us is a form of addiction. Porn, TV, masturbation, power, money, workaholism, even some are addicted to pain, everything in excess that gives dopamine boost it destroys the health of the mind to think objectively and blinds you to walk through spirit. You now know the consequences of sin, it will always destroy and morally decay someone. God is holy and can’t reside to such temple(your body). But love yourself to walk away from it, walk through spirit. Forgive so those memories that triggers such sin which those experiences orchestrated by the devil be powerless. And meditate in the word of God. But God knows our struggle, as he struggled himself when He was here with his carnal body, felt pain, was killed. Going back to your question, it is a narrow path going to the Father, but that should not make you fear of afraid. Grace is given as the ticket to HIM, but do your part to go there. Grace is like a ticket to a sacred wedding event but it requires you to dress appropriately and behave accordingly. Some can’t dress appropriately justifying dress is unnecessary, justifying they could be naked going and it should be fine. If you are justifying your behavior because your human, your carnal Christian. If you are not justifying your behavior, and admit that you sinned and asked for forgiveness from a place of love and genuineness, then Gods grace is with you but as God said, don’t sin again. I know it’s hard as I am battling it myself as there are temptations, but always ask for Gods strength, and He knows who truly truly loves him, because if you truly love Him, you will be transformed and you eventually will despise sin.
God's mercy and grace are always free, but we are like vessels with holes and cracks which don't hold any water. If we continue carnal life, the holes and cracks are increased and we are in real danger to be destroyed by ourselves. But if we live the life of repentance and seek God, we allow Him to cleanse us, heal our infirmities and strengthen us so that we could hold more "waters of grace" within us.
For two days I did not pick up my Bible or pray. Today I feel terrible inside. I will pray for forgiveness. It really is amazing to look back and think 2 years ago or even a week ago I would not have cared much about it, but now it feels as if my heart is physically aching in pain.
There is nothing here for me, I belong to God, for he is my papa, my father,my dad,I belong to him for iam his creativity 🙏 ❤️... Satan's offering is temporary, and if anything happens with my health or any accidents I have,he turns his back and says your on your own 😮... Satan has given me no salvation 😮(NONE) I chose Jesus, and he didn't leave me ❤ I found him, and I am reborn...

Why do people undermine God’s word? It clearly says that “God is not a man, nor the son of man” (Numbers 23:19), meaning God was never born of a human in ANY way. In John 17:3, Jesus says when he prays to the Father “you are the only true God”; in John 12:49-50, Jesus clearly says that he only speaks what the Father commands of him; in John 5:26, Jesus states that God has GIVEN him life. Jesus is the son of man; God is not (and never has been) of man. God himself has never come down in the flesh; His power and spirit is everywhere. God remains in heaven just as Jesus always said (Matthew 7:21).
