Recently, I had a conversation with a prospect who wanted further dialogue about the Modified Endowment Contract (MEC).
The MEC was established back in the 80s due to life insurance contracts being utilized as obvious tax shelters.
Our government did not change any of the benefits, they only changed the rule on how someone can get their money into a life insurance policy.
