That is good to know. I have one I am selling now that was just 250,000 and others that are between 500,000-600,000.

No, there is generally concrete and insulation between and nearly impossible for that to happen.

@@esdigital5259 It is very common where i live, Townhouse land space is around 300 square meters so pools are very easy to build in your back yard “ Garden “
