I believe this style of stretching is a lot more engaging, fun, and beneficial than typical static stretching. Plus, you can learn how to focus on activating specific muscles, which is an important aspect of the mind-muscle connection. Not to mention AIS can be a great way to both increase flexibility and tone your muscles at the same time!
