Can you only use MCF if you are also selling the same item on amazon? For example, if you are only selling an item on your website (and are not selling it on amazon via your seller central account) but want to use amazon's warehouse to ship it? Is that allowed?
How do you offer different shipping methods/speeds with MCF? If all of your inventory is with Amazon FBA, then it will ship with prime speed by default right? When connecting with an API (for example shopify), how can you offer different shipping speeds and connect those speeds to MCF?
