WELP. I accidentally bought a splitter on amazon. Glad you helped me clear up the two hour confusion I went through to figure out "what I was doing wrong with my cables." Bought the wrong thing.
Thank you so much for explaining the differences in such easy to understand language. Finally after 4 weeks of buying unnecessary gadgets I know what I actually need!
This is thorough yet brief. I appreciate your effort. Thank you. Im a female exploring knowledge and my opportunities in IT that i might need and not spend unnecessarily
I just received the flex box. I have two TVs and one flex box I’m not into electronics. I read something about HDM1 splitter. That’s what I may need for my second TV .That’s how I ran into you. I like how you explain splitter in the monitors and extension from the computer and connecting the splitter to the TV. You got my vote for subscribing .
Hey there! Thanks for the detailed review of the Kelio HDMI splitter. It's great to see how it works with both a Blu-ray player and a Surface Pro 7 Plus. The fact that it can duplicate the screen across multiple displays makes it quite versatile for various scenarios, whether it's for business presentations or simply enjoying the same content on different screens at home. I appreciate your thorough explanation about resolution compatibility; it's an important point to keep in mind when setting up multiple displays. The affordability of this device, under $20 on Amazon, is definitely a plus. Your video demonstrations were helpful in understanding how it functions. Keep up the good work with your channel, and I'll be looking forward to more of your reviews in the future. Have a fantastic day!
I've been watching different videos wondering why my drawingtably and monitor weren't working- I have an adapter for my iPad so I can connect it to my projector.... Now I gotta buy a splitter so I can connect both my monitor and drawing tablet to my laptop. Thanks for explaining!
The moment I saw you, I said to myself you look like danzel washington in "man on fire". then once you said "I'll play man on fire here" I burst laughing.
I don't think this will work for what I want, but I got to learn there is such thing. I have a monitor with 2 HDMI ports and I want to connect at least 3 devices to it, is there any sort of adapter for such scenario? Is it the adapter purpose?
Thank you for being very thorough on all this! It helps a lot to peopl like me that have to see it done in order to get it instead of reading instructions 😉👊
HI Mark, Thank you so much for this explination! I really wish I had watched this video before I purchased a splitter. lol Now I know why it didn't work the way I wanted.
This is what I need to split the HDMI out from my play-by-play recording of team film video, to another feed that I can use to live stream. Going to get one and try it next week.
Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu jeeze them other videos was like go to the moon talk to Jesus then go like 9 of my videos come back 3 hours later and I’m explaining how to turn on the computer 😂😂😂😂 to the point
Excellent video. Useful Info, especially the section of the video that covers the USB-C Monitor Extender to HDMI Splitter section of the video. This adds new possibilities that can be done using a USB-C Port Smartphone.
that’s the issue with splitters it only duplicates it doesn’t extend. i’ve been trying to use a displayport to extend my display but my laptop doesn’t recognize it excellent video though, very well explained
I have a cable box and a DVD player. Using a HDMI cable, I used an adapter to connect everything but the DVD video will not play. Do I need to use the splitter instead of the adapter? I can see that the video is on but no picture or audio. What am I doing wrong? Your explanation for the adapter and splitter was excellent.
With the splitter In this video you can extend your monitor, but any extra monitors added will just be duplicated. So if you use your laptop and another monitor then it will extend to that other monitor.
This is awesome, wish I had seen your video before buying the splitter. I'm trying to set up 3 monitors from my laptop, any input on what extender to use?
