What is Bastila Shans RARE HIDDEN DIALOGUE on Korriban Players Were NEVER Meant To See?

What is Bastila Shans RARE & honestly OUTRAGEOUS Korriban Dialogue in KOTOR & more importantly, how do you see it?
As long time fans know, when first travelling to the Sith world, Bastila, somewhat wisely decides she is too recognizable to explore the sith planet.
However, she was originally intended to travel with you and her Dialogue remains in game & ever since I had shown her present in a previous video, fans have been asking me HOW to add her to your party.
So, before we explore ALL of her dialogue here's a quick breakdown for PC,
1. You can use mods.
2. You can use a savegame editor, which generally is what I do, personally but takes a bit of getting used to.
3. Another easier method I use is enabling cheats on PC I use warp points, and so I will make sure Bastila is in my party then warp to Dreshdae.
Also, I should note... I originally tried to dig thru over 49,000 lines of in game dialogue to find bastila's on Korriban & it was like finding a needle in a haystack" so shout out to RU-vid channel Shem L, as he miraculously made this video all the way back in 2008 when 240p was still acceptable to upload, but honestly it did help me figure this video out, so without further ado - let's jump into the dialogue.

It’s not really new..it’s simply going to this planet early in your travels. If you’re consistently light or dark side you have enough influence for the lines. KOTOR has different lines depending on the order of the planets you visit and with which party members, but that’s been known as it’s 19 years old. If you’ve played the game enough you’ve heard most of these. Or you already discovered ShemLs stuff much earlier

What is cool is that we’re getting revisits of these events though. ShemL was the main guy for over a decade, but recently both titles have gotten renewed public attention. Makes me super happy that new people might be finding these gems again. They hold up quite well 20 years later

Actually, I used a hack to allow me to get bastila inside, but when you ask her, she says to "stay in the ebon hawk" but shes not even in the ebon hawk haha

I feel like I found a way around this in the vanila game back in the day.... I literally filled my Xbox with saves from KotOR as my first game. It might have been the 50+ hour travel glitch while she was already Sith or recently redeemed. Not all the chats, just some.

I managed to get Bastila with me through some bug in the old days on one save, so there was sadly nothing new here, as I exploited that opportunity to death. I genuinely had no idea how it even happened at the time, and I don't remember the process(it's been like 18-20 years) - So no point asking me how, this guy provided plenty of reliable solutions.

I usually save Korriban for last so I forget you're not supposed to be able to bring her. I don't know why after all the times this and the sequel have been ported there aren't any official hd remasters for them.

You can kinda use the cheat engine for mobile. You just need to modify it on pc first and then import. Possible on iphone and android

I don't have a save from back when I was visiting planets on the Switch version but I assume you CAN also do this on the Switch version by arriving in Korriban, Triple click the left stick 3 times (Which opens up a cheat menu), Spawn Cheat Bot, and by talking to him you can make an NPC Available in this case say "Bastilla" and once you leave she should be available to choose. I did have a Dark Side save before leaving the Ebon Hawk and I enabled Carth and he was able to come with me. EDIT: Okay my plan listed above doesn't work but I found how to get it to work now so my apologies, I even tested this myself. So what you pretty much need to do is instead of making an NPC available, you instead set planet variable, but you must be on any planet that is not Korriban and have Bastilla as a selectable party member. Then while on the Ebon Hawk, Spawn the Cheat bot as listed by clicking the left stick 3 times and then tell it to set planet variable (the second choice) and choose Korriban. Afterwards leave the ship and select Bastila (and probably Carth) as party members and boom you should be on Korriban with Bastila as a party member.

Literally just beat my first playthrough of the game today and found the best part of the game being the fact you can stun lock Malak when he goes to drain the dead Jedi bodies of what little dark side taint they had with grenades. I did this at the last part of the battle when he reached the only one that I hadn't used destroy droid on (Holy shit that power is OP, along side force whirlwind) and just chucked a bunch of thermal detonators, plasma grenades, and random shit. The lock only broke because I accidently threw a poison grenade which gave him time to rush me, which made my life easy because he was already down to a sixth of his health and I just finished him off with my sabers. in like 2 moves lol. Fun game, but man the walking is annoying, really wish you could TP to locations rather than having to walk to them.

It's easier to Force Drain those bodies yourself before Malak can, it restores your health and doesn't give you dark side points

When playing on the XBox back in the day, I set the destination on Dantooine when you get caught by the Leviathan. When I made it out, it showed a cutscene of landing on a darkened Dantooine, but when I went to explore, I was on Kashyyyk, like I caught them in a bug.

Yeah, the bastard of 1080p in KOTOR is that the lines are hard baked into the code. So you cannot change the font without breaking it. People said they were sick of not being able to read subs so I rolled up the sleeves & hopefully am doing passable aliens.
