What Is Best Buy's Return Policy? 

If you return t0o many items Best Buy says your committing FRAUD !

I personally will never deal with Best Buy ever again. Never! You can not talk to your local store over the phone. The customer service over the phone makes you out to be the bad guy for even buying from them.. The extended warranty is usefull because getting your produce replaced with new is impossible due to their lack of honoring warranties. The produce will be out of warranty before you can get them to replace the item. So hope you want a product that was also broken, supposedly fixed and giving to you in replacement of your broken or defective product. I bought an expensive extended warranty... I don't want a refurbished product that I don't know how many hours it's been used or if whomever previously had roaches or whatever... just isn't a good Idea to go to Best Buy. They should close their doors and stop ripping people off

Mint Mobile SIM cards CANNOT be refunded at Best Buy if they turn out to not work in your phone, and Mint Mobile also refuses to refund them.

So if I buy something that is open box and it doesn’t work and I return it, can I exchange it for a new one if it isn’t open box?

i bought a laptop and it came today, i hated how it turned out so i'm returning it tomorrow, could i just bring it inside the box it was inside of with the charger, i packed it up just how it looked like when i opened it. and do i have to bring the email confirmation, a photo id, and the card i payed it with? and also i already downloaded stuff on it and everything on there is mine would they just erase everything once i get there to make it look like it's new?

What happens to all those returned products?

they ordered me a replacement TV that apparently doesnt even exist in this country anymore. says it's unavailable on their website and on Samsungs website. and it's been more than a month, so that return window is over. customer service gives me a different date every time when theyll have stock of that TV and they just keep cancelling to reschedule... TVs aint built like they used to anymore. thats why theyre discontinued after a year. thats why the manufacturer warranty is 1 year... when best buy sells you that 2 year or 5 year warranty, take the money. there is no replacement. they just buying time..

I bought a Lego video game that was used and was wrapped when i got it and when I returned it, they said you opened the wrapping so i couldn't return it

They are a nightmare, there is nothing online at their site to help with returns

I am a fan of Playstation. I never had any issues with controllers but I've had some friends say they have. I am not aggressive or abusive to the controllers but.... I have bought 4 Ps4 controllers from Best Buy....two at once, they both didn't last very long but long enough they were out of warranty, one had a left stick drift and the other just quit. Bought another right before covid wasn't even 3 months and the right stick starts the left drift thing. I tried to get them to warranty they wouldn't even bother to entertain me with any warranty through them that the product has under the manufacturers warranty. Ok, fine it is more of a hassle than the $60 cost so I just dissed the experience. So... I just bought another controller from them with extened warranty (I'm thinking you are kot going to screw me again) and still.. talked to like I am the bad guy for buying the product. I will have to take a refurbished (who knows) replacement or just walk away and never deal with the company again. I've two other controllers I bought from Walmart ages ago. The Walmart controllers are doing fine etc for battery life. I tried to swap the battery from one of the older best buy trash but they are different and won't work in the Walmart controllers.
