Could be just not balanced properly, especially if you used a spray can to plug a tire leak, or you just lost a balancing weight from the rim.

@@GabLeGamer This truck had 3in lift front and rear and the tires is too big than original, it blow the rack n pinion seal and pressure line, plus weak suspension causing the front tires cupping that bad.
