All I do is navigate my way through the world... Doing my best, moment-to-moment, to endure the least amount of suffering as possible... And I keep doing that every day, just waiting to die. There's no joy, no hope, no happiness in my life. It's just pain and trauma and survival and misery. My heart is shattered. Rage and grief consume every cell of my being.
BEEN TREATED LIKE GARBAGE MY WHOLE LIFE. 45 YEARS OF ABUSE. And then, the most recent: the (abusive) man whom I revered as my best friend, ended up raping my soul. All 45 years of my life, so far, have just been suffering. I can no longer bear the suffering. My rage is red-hot-white. May all those whom I loathe, suffer for all eternity, for what they've done to me. I NO LONGER HAVE MY VOICE SILENCED. I ROAR!!
Can you please coach Ryan have content about the fantasy based reality they hold. To conflict with actual reality. You will never be as good as the fantasy.
Amazing content coach. When pointing out adult recognition of faults and trying to help in friendship. Was told I don't need a mentor.... Never spoke again. Thank you for making understand their almost uncontrollable fear. Mostly of being found out.

I need help I need unbiased advice please, if you're reading this, and you feel called to respond to this comment, I'm open to hearing from anyone who has something to share... I have been plagued with an awful dilemma I have been ruminating and obsessing over this for over 7 months now I had a therapist an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL therapist the absolute worst of the worst instead of helping me and healing me he damaged me and traumatized me but I was too traumatized to do anything about it, at the time I basically saw him for all of 2023 then I KNEW I could NEVER see him again HE'S AWFUL but... he's also somehow wildly successful and I can file a formal complaint but if I do this I must do it soon the filing seems like a long and arduous process and in the end, it's his word against mine... I also don't know if I reap any particular benefits? except he may get somewhat reprimanded and I may get to speak up and use my voice I don't know what to do I must make a decision soon thoughts, anyone?
