Halal slaughtering is absolutely brutal.

First misconception is halal slaughter is painless.. The next misconceptions that it is quick.. there are countless videos on line showing halal slaughter and the poor animals staggering round clearly alive. Some would call it torture as it extends the suffering. Most call it evil.

So in England an animal is stunned before slaughter are you saying a prayer will help an animal bleeding to death without stunning?

Why can't we see the moment the animal get slaughtered?

Just saw a video where animals were brutally killed by either slaughtering them and they screaming on top of their lungs even saw a cow being skinned alive. Couldn't stop crying.. But I'm glad that if an animal is being slaughtered it is being done where they live their green lives on farms and then slaughtered in a more less distressing manner. As a human with feelings I wanna say thank you to these kind of people ❤❤

The Creator who Created everything didn't Create Humans to be vegetarians or vegans ! The Createor Created Us the Humans Omnivores 50% vegetarians and 50% meat eaters ! The Creator in Arabic is called Allah in Hebrew is called Hashem Adonai in English is called God , etc. , the Creator chose people called prophets and explained to them what Humans should eat what is beneficial for the Humans and their physical and mental health. The Creator told the prophet Moses and prophet Muhammad how the animals lawful for eating must be slaughtered in the Kosher way for the Israelites and Halal way for the Muslims following the last prophet Muhammad Aleyhiselam ! This is cruel and inhumane. At the time of the Prophet (pbuh), non-human animal flesh was a necessity for survival. In modern times, we can get all our nutrition from a well-planned vegan diet. So the suffering and cruelty inflicted on non-human animals is completely unnecessary. Since Islam recognises that non-human animals are sentient beings who have consciousness and subjective experience of the world (as shown by the hadith referenced below), this means we can conclude that animal flesh and other products like eggs, dairy, and even insects and honey are haraam in the modern age and that veganism is fardh/wajib for all Muslims who are practically able to go vegan. There is no moral justification for slitting the throat of an animal that does not want to die, for separating children from their mothers, for viewing animals as products to be exploited, in this modern day and age when everyone, even pregnant women and babies, can be healthy on a well-planned vegan diet. Let us emulate the mercy of our beloved Prophet (pbuh) and pay homage to Allah, the Most Merciful and Most Compassionate, by becoming vegan ourselves and advocating for our family and friends to go vegan too, inshallah. Regarding udhiyah/qurbani for eid, let us ban this barbaric practice for the sake of Allah and instead distribute healthy vegan sources of protein such as lentils, chickpeas, grains, etc. to the poor instead of the flesh of an innocent victim. May Allah guide us closer to Him. Ameen. Return them to her."" - Sunan Abu Dawud --------------------------------------------------- The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ’Once a man suffered from thirst while he was walking on a journey. When he found a well, he climbed down into it and drank from it. Then he came out and saw a dog lolling its tongue from thirst and licking the ground. The man said, “This dog has suffered thirst just as I have suffered from it”. He climbed down into the well, filled his shoe with water, and caught it in his mouth as he climbed up. Then he gave the dog a drink. Allah appreciated this deed, so He forgave him’. [Sahih Al-Bukhari] --------------------------------------------------- Abdullah ibn Jafar (ra) reported, ’The Prophet (saw) entered a garden among the Ansar. When a camel saw the Prophet (saw), it started weeping and making sounds as its tears flowed. The Prophet came to it and patted it on the head, so it became silent. The Prophet said, “Who is the master of this camel? To whom does it belong?” A young man from the Ansar came and said, “This is mine, O Messenger of Allah”. The Prophet said, ”Do you not fear Allah regarding this animal that Allah has put into your possession? For indeed, she has complained to me that you keep her hungry and tired”’. [Sunan Abu Dawud] --------------------------------------------------- Allah says, ‘And there is no creature on the earth or bird that flies with its wings except that they are communities like you…’ [The Noble Quran 6:38] Al-Qurtubi (rh) commented on this verse, ‘They are groups like you in that Allah the Exalted has created them, provides for them, and makes justice between them. Thus, you should not wrong them or transgress the limits that you have been commanded’. [Al-Jami li-Ahkam al-Qur’an] --------------------------------------------------- The Messenger of Allah (saw) taught us, ’Once there was a prophet who was resting under a tree when an ant bit him, so he ordered that his luggage be taken away from underneath it (the tree) and the ant’s dwelling burned with fire. Allah revealed to him: ”A single ant has bitten you, yet you have destroyed a nation that glorifies Allah?“′ [Sahih Al-Bukhari] ===================== Some say Islamic slaughter methods cause no suffering; nothing could be further from the truth. Would you like me to take a knife to your throat, since you seem to think that would cause no suffering? I urge you to also read on modern factory farming, which supplies pretty much all the animal products we consume. We kill animals that don't need to be killed (since we can be healthy on a vegan diet), breeding them into a short lived life. We sexually assault cows and separate their children from their mothers so we can drink the milk meant for their young. We breed chickens that produce so many eggs in a year they suffer calcium deficiency and broken legs, not to mention most male chicks are ground alive or suffocated to death because they are useless to the egg industry. Every animal wishes to live, to be with its own, to enjoy the time it has been given by God on this planet. When we unnecessarily rip all that away of them, wallahi we commit a major, major sin and act of shirk. May Allah protect us all from this and guide us to veganism. Ameen.

Kid (Goat meat) is SO tender at “Indian” Restaurants. If anyone enjoys “Indian” Take-aways or Restaurants, ask and ensure that it’s Kid meat rather than “Lamb” and you’ll enjoy it better. Their Chicken is also super - ask for HalAl.

I have killed my own food. If you have a soul it should make you feel some compassion for the life you are ending. To get protein in my diet I look at all avenues for protein to minimize the death. I believe animal meat is for us and important. That's said the importance is that we honor the animal and ourselves by being aware of the place and the position we keep as humans to take care of the world given to us by God.

This is a good Muslim. However, there are is a lot of halal labelled meat that is not truly tayyib or truly halal because of westernisation and corrupt businessmen making the industry purely profit motivated, which must change. Awareness must be raised and big steps must be taken and insha'Allah one day the unjust suffering will end.

I believe sick animals will make sick humans. They have to be raised in good clean environments with their natural diet. Cows eat grass not soy beans and corn. Go against nature and you will be sick
