I was depressed for a long time and ditched a lot because I did not care about my future and I was at risk to not graduate so in my junior year I was transferred to a continuation school where I met my physics teacher he's a great guy and great teacher. In that kind of school we didn't really need to follow the curriculum like others since we needed to gain a lot of high school credits in a short amount of time. So his teaching methods were not standard but very fun and I learned a lot. He was caring and attentive with students and wasn't the sole reason of me getting better and wanting to be a better person but he did play a big part in, his ideas and optimism inspired me greatly. It was his first year of teaching as well. Now I'm going back to my original high school and graduating on time with my class. I say this because these type of jobs really put you in a community that helps people going through a hard time while you can teach them.
